Tuesday. It's finally here.

I walked into the auditorium and found a large group of people. They were very alive. There was a group of girls all harmonizing perfectly. There was another group of guys that were playing on their 3DS's. I felt like I fit in perfectly here. I wandered around until I found a group of low laying people in a corner. I separated me and the others by about 5 seats. I sat there, on my phone, until I felt a tap on my shoulder.

"Care if I sit?" Asked a familiar voice.

I looked up to find Calum. My heart skipped a beat when I realized he hadn't forgotten me. "Not at all," I replied.

He took a seat right next to me, and looked at me. "So how have you been? Gotten lost at all?" He chuckled.

"Surprisingly, no," I replied, with a laugh.

He smiled and was about to say something, but the meeting started. The directors, who were teachers whom I didn't know, asked someone to hand out papers to people, and they explained what the play was for the year and how not everybody will make it in the play. I completely understand why they give that speech, but I'm getting tired if it. I hear it every year and it never ends up having anything to do with me. Not to brag, but I'm pretty much exactly what they are looking for. I always get the main lead in the play, even when I started doing this. They started calling people up to designate times for auditions. They called up my row, and I got Monday, October 2nd at 5:30. Just over two weeks to practice for my audition.

"Hey, what date did you get?"

I looked up at Calum and said, "Monday October 2nd at 5:30. What about you?"

"Oh my gosh! I have the same date and I'm auditioning directly after you, at 5:35!" He said.

I thought about this. That would mean that we would be waiting for our audition time for roughly three hours. Three hours just to spend with him...that is, if he wanted to do it with me. I decided to take my first step in trying to be more outgoing. "Hey, since we have the same date and about the same time, do you want to maybe just hang out while we wait?" I asked timidly.

He looked at the floor then at me. I said to my self oh crap I just ruined everything, but then he looked up, and said, "I would love to, Ciara."

I was astonished at the fact that he said yes. And the way he said it-no I have to stop thinking about him like that.

I have to stop.
