My mind went blank and my heart dropped. My parent's heads descended in shame. I looked over to Moonbyul and Solar, their faces were as shocked as I was. No one dare to speak up. How could could loving parents even be capable of this? And why have we not known about this. I felt hurt, even worse....betrayed.
"Why did you do this" my voice came out weak.
"Jennie....we had no choice, they were horrible people that should have never walk this earth. The things they would do to people who would go against them or refused...it was just horrible."
My eyes started to water, "With all do respect, why would you even do that I mean I get that they were horrible people but did it have to result into killing?" question Solar.
"It started when Jisoo's dad wanted our pack for more power. Of course we refused but when we denied he was furious, he cursed out saying he would come to kill all of my family."
Flashback
Jennie's Dad POV
I was sitting in my office working on paperwork when I heard a knock on my door. Judging by the scent it was my beautiful wife.
"Come in."
"Honey" she came in "I received a letter from the Kim's....they want us over for dinner."
I sighed "We cannot go" I said sternly.
"But Honey the letter says they want to resolve the conflict and move on, maybe this is a chance to make amends once and for all."
I brought my hands up to my face a sighed once again "Okay we will go but you must keep your guard up at all times, who knows what they would be planning."
With that we prepared ourselves for later that night.
"Wow my husband sure knows how to clean up" teased my lovely wife.
I smirked, "Are you ready" she took a breath, then nodded.

We made our way into the car and into the Kim's residence. As we got off the car, the Kim's were standing near the entrance there waiting for us to come in. Anyone could tell their smiles were fake. I got of the car first and went to where my wife was, opening the door for her.
Before she could get up I leaned in her ear and whispered, "Remember keep your guard up."
She simply nodded and I helped her out.
We made our way up to them, "Glad you could make it" YoungKwang smirked.
"Nice to see you too" I responded.
"Shall we get going."
The Kim's directed us into the dining area where all the food was set. We all made our way to the seats, my wife sitting next me. Underneath the table I clung onto her hand.
