I walked out and I headed to my first class. i tried to lay low so that they wouldn't see me, but right I thought fine. I was wrong. I felt two hands on my shoulder, the hands than pushed me into the garbage can and I fell hard.
"watch where your going you stupid bitch" I look down and im covered in trash, I than feel coffee being poured over my head and some got into my eyes. I look up to see them. the people that have made my high school career a living hell. the Dolan twins
"that's what you get for not paying attention u whore."
they walk away laughing. I get up and walk into the bathroom to wash my face so I can redo my makeup. I only Brought lashes and a dip brow so guess I'm gonna be bare faced all day. right as I finished I see Nicole and her little group of friends walk in.
"oh look its a bitch"
I just ignored her and leaned down to grab my bag and Nicole pushed me into the corner. I hit my head on the ground. Nicole and her friends started to beat the shit outta me. I start crying as I feel blood drip down my face.
they leave and I sit up and cry.
Wren's p.o.v
I put my face into my hands trying to hide, I hear the door open. I look up to see the bathroom monitor walk inside.
"hello?"
I was sitting behind the door so she didn't see me on the floor. I covered my mouth so she couldn't hear my breathing cause I didn't want her to see me. she closed the door and I heard her walk away. I picked myself of the ground so I could stand. I grab my backpack and look at myself in the mirror.
My face was already black and blue, my nose was bleeding and my eye began to swell. I take a towel and clean my nose a little bit and washed my face again. I walked out of the bathroom and went straight to the nurses office for my nose. it was bleeding pretty badly.
once I got there I saw Ethan sitting down waiting to use the bathroom, I look at him and he looks at me and laughs to himself and looks down at his phone. I walk down to the nurses desk and she shocked
"wren sweetie, what happened"
"nothing. my ankle gave out when I was in the bathroom and I hit my head on the sink"
"ok, sit down, I'll get you an ice pack and some tissues."
"ok mrs. Johnson"
she walks away and I looks down, as I play with my fingers.
I didn't tell the truth, I feel like a pushover cause I dont want others to get in trouble, even if I hate them. I feel bad if someone gets in trouble because of me.
I ended staying at the nurses office for the rest of first period and she gave me a pass to go to second.
I walked in and saw Grayson sitting there, making out with his girlfriend. fucking disgusting. get a room
I sit down in the back of class in the corner so I don't draw any attention to myself. even tho my face gives away that I'm in pain cause I literally just got my ass handed to me in the bathroom about a half hour ago.
I start to look out the window and I put my head down on the desk. I start to feel my eyes get heavy and I doze off.
*******ten minutes later********
*textbook slams*
I wake up startled, I look up to see my teacher Mrs. Smith standing over me.
"Mrs. Connors, why were sleeping in my class?"
"uhhhh"
"since you seem to think that it's acceptable to sleep in my class, im going to ask you a question."
"ok what's the question"
"why did the Roman Empire fall?"
"uuuummmm, the Roman Empire fell due to political instability and corruption inside the government"
"correct. surprising cause your test score wasn't as high as it usually is"
she says walking away from my desk, back to the front of the class. the bell rings and I couldn't be happier. I grab my bag and walk quickly out of the class as quickly as possible. I walk into my next class and sit down.
I sat down for about 10 minutes and I asked my teacher if I can use the restroom. which is pretty risky cause I literally got my shit rocked in the bathroom but I really need to go. I walk out and start heading towards the bathroom.
I felt someone grab my arm and push me up against the wall. I look up to see who it was and it was Grayson.
