Off to High School we go

The following week school starts and it's Laura's first day in Riker's high school since she moved to another school might as well start fresh

Laura's POV:
As I was getting ready Riker texts me a good morning and I smiled which definitely made my day as I was packing to go to school someone knocked in my door Come in I say. It was Vanessa. So any words of wisdom about highschool? Vanessa: Laurs ? You're a fricken like a junior in high school I'm pretty sure you know the basics of high school. Laura: I know I know I just want to listen to you defining high school. Vanessa: oh all right okay if you want to survive high school you have to define coolness try to act popular but not too popular cuz I do not want you turn into those bitchy queen bees but I swear if you turn into them I am so gonna bitch slap you. Laura: Vanessa don't worry I'm not going to turn into those queen bees so what'd you ask me about? Vanessa: oh can I like put some stuff in your room dad won't allow me to put them in the garage. Laura: sure but in one condition you have to drive me to school. Vanessa: why don't you still have your drivers license yet or at least take the bus? Laura: cuz the bus is too crowded and I'm still working on getting at least my permit. Vanessa: but . Laura: if you keep whining I won't let you put whatever your stuff is in my room. Vanessa: ok fine lets go you might be late. Laura: woo! off to high school we go!
