Theme: Knowing the Enemy
Key Text: I Peter 5:8 [8]Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.
Introduction: Knowing God is very important because nowhere is safe except when we are close to Him when we are near to His heart. However knowing the enemy, the devil, is just as important. Once we know who we are fighting against, what's his deal and his goals, we would be able to distinguish our Shepherd's voice from that of the stranger. We would be able to watch out for his deceptions much more effectively than before. We would be able when and where to use the armor God has provided.
For this week, we will get to know Satan, our enemy. Who he is and what he is doing. What is his greatest scheme throughout the ages. We will know how he attacks us on different parts of our lives.
