My Best friend

Chapter 1

"Maya!! Hurry the fuck up!!" Yelled Susan. We were both heading out to go pick up Andy, our best friend, well mostly my best friend. Andy and I both met in second grade. Don't think just cause we met when we were little that we become best friends than. No. Me and Andy hated each other. We didn't get along because he pushed me the first day. So everyday we fight. When ever we see each other we would say the meanest thing we can say as a second grade, which is sticking our tongues out at each other, and saying "ewww" when ever we come close to each other.

But we started becoming friends when his dad passed away from a heart attach . I saw him sitting alone by himself after missing school for a week. I went up to him.

"What's wrong?" I asked

"Like you care!" He said with an angry face.

"Ok. I did ask what's wrong and u pushed me away so bye!" I said walking away. I was about two step ahead when he called my name.

"Ok ok. I will tell you."

" Alright. Tell me."

"My dad passed away."

"I know that. But why are u sitting alone when u can talk to your friends and tell them how u feel?" I asked.

" well, they don't understand what I am feeling. I don't even understand. I am a kid after all." He said looking at me.

" It's ok. If u want to cry I won't tell anyone." I said wondering how I know that.

"Promise u won't?" He said taking his pinky out.

"I promise." I said as I wrapped my pinky around his. Ever since than we become very close and we never fight again.

"What the hell toke you so long?" Susan asked me as we were walking to my car.

"Well I have to look good and pluse I couldn't find my favorite ring." I replied as I was getting in the car.

"Ugh. You and ur ring. Anyway. Hurry up and drive fast. We want to get there on time like we promised."

Susan has a problem where she can't be late for anything. In fact she would fater be there 30 min early and she hates when someone comes late. I started my car and drove slowly first because there were kids running around my neighborhood. When I drove out of my neighborhoods, I started driving at a fast speed.

"Well what toke you so long?" we heard someone say as we came into the airport. Standing there is Andy in a black shorts and a white t-shirt with sunglasses. He looks taller than when he left to his vacation with his mom.

"It was maya who toke so long to get here. She said she was looking "her favorite ring" and...wait why are u early? I remember when u said u were going to come at 3pm and it's only 2:30pm." Susan asked.

" I am early because my fight was canceled and they told us we had to take another plane to get here. I thought it would take forever but it made us get here early." He said. "Hey. Have u guys seen Janney? She told me she would be here today."

Janney is Andy girlfriend and they have been together for a year now. I don't like Janney because to me she looks like a fake. I have no reason behind why I say that. To me she just makes me sick.

"No we haven't seen her. If we did, we would tell you." Susan said as she rolls her eyes. "Anyway let's get in the car and leave."

We started getting his bags and started run to the car and as we were running I fall. Andy saw me fall and came back to help me up but I dragged him down with me, making him fall on top of me. We both started laughing. As we were laying there laughing someone's shadow was on us.

"What are you doing Andy?" the person said. We looked up to see Janney staring down on us with an angry face.
