What's the point of knowing anything on this test? I mean, when in my lifetime am I ever going to need to know how to conjugate a verb in spanish? Like, come on. Even math isn't this boring. Actually, I take that back. But that doesn't make Spanish any more interesting or valuable.
I looked at the watch on my left hand, and saw that there was only ten minutes left in my class. What?! I only did two problems. There is no way in hell I'm even going to finish.
The Spanish teacher, Mr. Richson, must've thought the same, because right when I pressed the eraser on my mechanical pencil to push out the led, he said, "Ok, I guess that since I gave you guys the quiz so late in class, you can finish it tomorrow." I heard a little angel in my head singing some sort of anthem. Whatever the sound was, it was my exact mood.
I held down the eraser on my pencil and jabbed it into the desk to push the led back in the pencil. I then took the quiz paper from the person behind me and added my paper on top of theirs. In the quick glance that I got at the girl's paper, I saw that it was 1, much better and neater than mine, and 2, was from a girl named Paris. I never knew that she sat behind me, but I knew that she was very quiet. That was probably the reason I never noticed her. But her handwriting was actually really neat. It looked like a font on a computer or something.
"Nice handwriting." I said. Paris looked up at me, and quietly said, "Thanks."
Man, she really was kind of shy. But I didn't really care. I then looked forward at my teacher, who was putting all of the papers on his desk when the bell that dismisses the class rang loud in everybody's ears.
I then got up and grabbed my binder, and my chromebook bag that carried my chromebook. I then picked up my two notebooks that I was carrying for my classes, and then I headed out of the door.
As I was walking, I saw Paris again. Now that I could get a good look at her, I noticed that she was actually really pretty. She had long, brown hair, and from what I could see she had blue eyes. I love blue eyes. They're just so attractive to me. I have never known why, but it has always been a huge turn on for me. But I didn't have any intentions on getting close to her. Not that close at least. But for some reason I really wanted to be her friend. It was like a magnetic force that was pulling me in or something cheesy like that. But there is no way I am going to start dating or crushing on somebody when a virus like the one going around now is in action. Even though I sound like the kid who plays basketball and thinks he is all that, I can't trust anybody.
