micheal's POV

"dad.couldn't this wait?i have a meeting in 30?"peaking at my watch

"No!it can't.Lara called me.apparently she is not loved as she is supposed to be!she said you two are not intimate anymore!"said my dad yelling

"Come on dad!we knew this would happen.i have two babies on the way.Two!I don't have time to be chasing Lara and her sexual issues.i have a lot on my plate."

"ya you do and by the look of things you are not doing a pretty good job.you have to keep her happy son.she is our ticket to a better future!"

"ok dad your right.i will treat her better.can i go now?"i had to give in or else i was never going to leave.my father is a very persuasive man.so i just told him what his ears want to hear.

"yes you can now"

Leah pov

Oh God!i can't sleep.why can't i sleep?i shouldn't let Micheal take away my sleep.

I couldn't even ask him.i guess i just have to let it go.it wont change anything.i should not forget that he kidnapped me.

*two weeks later*

This past days micheal has been so sweet to me.i don't know why and im not even gonna ask.

After a lot of trying and convincing he has finally let me to go visit Kate.im sure she is worried sick about us.me and the baby.

But on the condition that i take a bodyguard with me.he says its for my protection but i know he just wants to ensure i dont escape again.

Still im cool as long as i get to see Kate and Joseph.its been months since i last saw them.

My belly is now showing just a little though.

"Don't make me regret this coz you will curse the day you were born"threatened micheal.

"I wont run away micheal.i promise.i didn't have a father growing up so i want the opposite for my children.you are evil but i know your going to be a good father."i assured him putting on my coat.

"Thank you and see you all later"i said walking out the door walked to the car.the chaurfer opened the door.i murmured a thank you and sat down with my bodyguard beside me.

he doesn't say anything he doesn't shift his gaze from the road infront.for a moment there i thought he was dead until he checked a message from his phone.

"Hy my name is chloe"i said holding my hand for a handshake.as expected he didn't move"oook.i lied my name is Leah."

nothing again."so you are just gonna leave me hanging?"nothing.

"Come on dude im just trying to make a conversation."nothing.nada!"So do they teach you to be mute in bodyguard training  college?i mean i watched a lot of movies and you are all the same.you are all handsome.i will give you that.you are all men in black.all wearing shades.and you pretty much know how to gaze intensely at something and avoid conversations.ok at least tell me your name.please!!"i pleaded"i promise i wont laugh if its ugly"NA DA!"fine have it your way.i give up being friendly to you.you are going to regret it im telling you.i can be your flower in the garden or a shadow on your window at night.im bad nigga"i threatened.

I swear i saw a little smile on his pink lips.he was containing himself to not laugh.wow!so they can laugh.thats progress.

"We are here ma'am"announced the chaufer.

"thank you and please call me Leah"i said while he opened the door for me.

Few minutes later we arrived at Kate's door.before i could knock i saw a small note saying
"went to the shops be back in Twenty Joseph.my phone is off"

So the note is for Joseph.i decided to go to the shops too.maybe i might bumb into her.

"We are going to the shops"i said walking past my babysitter

"Then get in the car"announced the man in black hashly .

"No.its a Five minutes walk.plus im pregnant i should walk more often.doctors orders"i said putting my hands on my fat hips.

he sighed  and rolled his eyes then put on his shades."ok but im walking with you"he announced and walked past me.

"fine by m....wait a minute!you can talk!?you sighed and rolled you eyes.wow!so you are human?"i said running behind him.

"Do you still want to continue the walk or not?"he asked turning around facing me

Mean!i didn't say anything i just walked past him.i saw a hint of smile on his lips.so he thinks he won?boy how wrong is he.
