Aliyahs pov
I was sitting at the table, watching the couples dance. They are so cute together! I wish I had someone so loyal like Matt. Emma is lucky to have him. As he song was about to end, Matt dips Emma and her eyes filled with surprise! Then she smashed her lips onto matts.
After the couples dance, the dance went on. Since I got thirsty, I went to get some punch, and some guy came and walked up to me. He was staring at me.
"Take a picture! It'll last longer!" he let out a tiny laugh.
"Yes it will, but I won't need one." for a second I was confused, then I figured out what he was saying.
"Good luck with that!" I said.
" Playing hard to get? I'm Sam."
"Haha you finally introduce yourself. Hi, I'm Aliyah" I answered.
"Ahhh. Beautiful name for a beautiful girl. Come dance with me. Give me a chance please!"
I agreed and went to dance. After about half an hour, a slow song came on. 'Great' I thought to myself. He put his arms around Mt waist, I put my arms around his neck, and we started swaying side to side. It reminded me when Hayes and I started dating. But I didn't let that bother me, this is the most perfect moment.
As the slow song ended, I looked into Sams eyes.....and BAM! Just like that, our lips connected. We stayed like that for about2 minutes or so.
"That was amazing" he said.

Sorry such a short chapter! I'm at an Oilers game so intermission I'm finishing up the chapter! Love u all! BTW, I think I may do author's note every chapter. Think I should? Or nah? Haha. Also gonna put all my social medias!
