"What did you do with Irene?”
Skyler was enthralled by the silver haired girl’s eyes. He gawked at them with so much force that his eyes stung.
It was bizarre for him to be so marveled by her and her mystical eyes, since he was the one that usually made woman this nervous when he was around them. But he wouldn’t let her see him gaze at her in awe, since he knew she’d just laugh at him. She was too perfect for even him.
He grabbed her by the arms and shook her, screaming in the deep and proud bravado that was his voice.
“Where did you put her?”
The girl twirled a long strand of silk-like hair, her eyes wide.
“How could I hide myself? It’s about time the other Irene let me have this body…it’s been going to waste. She never lets us dress in anything nice, never lets us have any fun. Just look at this outfit! Who wears platform boots with a baby doll dress?” the girl placed a smile upon her high-cheek boned face, making Skyler’s dead and gone heart nearly beat again.
Why does she make me feel this way?
The fake Irene stood up and sauntered around the room, her silky hair swaying from side to side as her body moved.
“You really like her don’t you?” She laughed in a gentle bluster while prancing about the room.
She dragged Skyler along with her with no sign of difficulty. “You are just like any other man. You see a pretty face and fall head over heels, but when she turns ‘ugly’ you throw her in the trash!”
Skyler narrowed his eyes at the girl.
He let go of her arms and when she began dancing up the stairs, he grabbed her wrist and made her meet his eyes. His voice was gentle but had a sharp intensity about it that made even his face spasm, “WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?!”
“When her true form came around you became a total dick head! Look at me! Am I too ugly for you?”
What the hell is going on?
Skyler looked her up and down. To be honest, she was prettier than the real Irene, from her strange silver head to her elegantly painted toes, everything was fierce.
She had slated eyes that were shadowed by dark lashes, a pug nose that could make any stubborn and materialistic person say awww, her legs were long and graceful and lastly the way her lips curled when she smirked, made any one person’s stomach rumble from the intensity they felt.
“You’re not ugly,” Skyler whispered. He didn’t dare meet her eyes, because when he did he could feel himself melting and his body beginning to tremble. There was something about this girl that just made him want to get to his knees and beg her for love and trust. “You’re very…um… cute…”
More than cute, that was an underestimation. She was the definition of sensuality and seduction. She was gorgeous, beautiful, lovely, picturesque and any other word that could try to come close to describing her beauty.
It was nearly impossible.
Why is she making me feel this way?
She laughed, “Why is there a boy with messy hair coming down the stairs….oh wait! That’s the boy that other Irene likes! Yes, yes that’s him, I can tell by how tall he is.”
The girl dashed to the stairs with a broad grin on her lovely, pastel, face. She had her fingers in her hair in a lethargic but sexy way with her eyes set on Connor’s lips.
