*Knock Knock*

"Come in." I heard a male voice saying and I slowly opened the office's door.

"Hi, I'm Dr. Lea Michele Sarfati." I shyly said and the man smiled to be.

"Oh Dr.Sarfati, is such a pleasure to have you now here in the The John Hopkins Hospital working in our surgical team." He said with a smile and mentioned for me to sit in front of her and I smiled and sit "I'm Dr. William Schuester, I'm the chief of surgery in this Hospital."

"Nice to meet you Dr. Shuester." I said with a smile "I hope I don't disappoint you." I said and he laughed.

"I'm sure you won't. I'm glad that you accepted our offer. I know you had a great job there in New York. I'm personally excited to work with the legend of Pediatric Surgery, Lea Michele." He said and I laughed.

"Thank you." I said and his pager started to beep. "I'm afraid I have to go, but I will ask to someone show you around and later we can sign the contracts." He said and I nod and I follow him outside the office.

"MONTEITH!" He shouted and a tall and I must admit, gorgeous, doctor turn around. "Can you come here please?" He asked and the doctor walk towards us.

"Can I help you with something Chief?" He asked. Wow, he is fucking tall, I have to look up to actually see his face.

"Yes, I have to go cause I'm late for a meeting. Can you show Lea around?" Shuester asked and Monteith doesn't look like very excited.

"I have to show the Hospital around to a nurse?" He asked and Schuester tap his head cause obviously this gorgeous, but very rude, doctor said crap.

"I'm sorry but I have to stop you right there. I'm DR. Lea Michele Sarfati, the chief of Pediatric surgery here." I said emphasizing on the Dr.

"Since when? I thought that was Dr. Stark? Dr.Holland? Yeah I don't remember his name." He said shrugging.

"Since I signed the contracts." I said.

"Just show her around Monteith." Schuester said and he sighed.

"Okay, whatever. Let's go." He said and Schuester left leaving the both of us in a very awkward situation. "I'm sorry, I didn't wanted to offend you Dr." He said and I chuckled ironically, he is a Class A jerk.

"Being called a nurse isn't an offense, is a job like like any other." I snapped to him.

"Whatever, just be glad that I even apologized." He said and I raise my left eyebrow. "I don't do that very often."

After he show me everything, he took me to the Attendants room that is where all the Attendants doctors stay. Basically, everyone that has a dark blue scrub.

"Okay everybody, this is Dr.Sarfati, the chief of Pediatric Surgery. She is new here so please with whatever she wants I hope everyone here is willing to help her. Thank you." He said to the whole room then left.

"Hey there, I can see that you're a little lost so let me introduce. I'm Dianna Agron, I'm a cardio thoracic surgeon." She said with a sweet voice and I smiled.

"Nice to meet you Dianna, I'm Lea Michele. Just call me Lea or Michele, whatever. Can I ask you something?" I asked her and she nods "Is that Dr.Monteith dude always that arrogant or he is just in a bad day?"

"Okay you guys, it's her first day and she already noticed that Monteith is a jerk!" Dianna said to the whole room and they all laughed. I guess that Dr.Monteith isn't very popular here. "He is a jerk to everyone, if he said something to you, you shouldn't really care. He is a jerk to everyone, attendants, residents, nurses and sometimes even patients." She sais and I wide eyes.

"That's bad, what kind of thing he does? Besides bitch around and complain about everything." I said and she laughed.

"He yells a lot when he is mad that is something very frequent. As though he is a JERK, he is kind of a genius. He jerks around a lot but when is about work, he is very professional and committed to it, and he is the Neuro God." She said and I shrugged. I know it's true cause I've heard about him before.

"I think that is what really matters." I said grabbing a dark blue scrubs and went to the bathroom and change it from my normal clothes to it, I put my medical white coat and I finally feel me. Wearing scrubs, that's me. And my pager started beeping, first case here in the Hopkins is about to start.
