Personality: A very stupid cat who usually doesn't know what's going on. Thinking about anything for any particular amount of time gives him headaches. However, he's very warm and loving, with an enjoyment of jokes to rival Shinepool's. The two are very close. Oakscar has a massive crush on his best friend/medicine cat, but he's just smart enough to know that that's something he needs to keep to himself. Being friends is good enough.
