Auxven's Crest

Chapter 1

CREST'S POV

I found myself wandering at the mini-park just outside from Alego's office. The wind was kind of chilly, making me hug myself. 

Vale, where the hell are you?

A lot of questions flooded my mind, as I pulled out a cigarette from my pack. You know, it is really hard to keep my mind straight when I'm getting pre-occupied. 

There are so many questions I want to ask my brother right now. Like, what is happening inside the academy? Is he okay? Where is his stupid ass?

When I finished the stick, I suddenly became conscious of Alego's actions a while ago. He never treated me as his sister, so it is kind of normal to see him be rude towards me. What was bugging me was, why am I affected just now?

I sighed as I felt my heart beating much faster than usual. This is why I hate talking to him. He makes me irritated without any reason. Tch.

I threw the cigarette butt and decided to go to the training room. I need to let this frustration out, or else, all hell will loose. We don't want that, do we?

I observed the room, trying to see if someone else was here. Mukhang wala naman kaya kumuha ako ng M4 rifle at inayos ito. 

Looking at the rifle made me thought of how nice it would be to fire this towards Alego. I kind of want to make him the dummy.

I aimed at the wooden dummy that was forty meters away from me. Inimagine ko ang mukha ni Alego at saka lang hinila ang gatilyo. 

The dummy's head were destroyed in an instant, making me laugh. Kailangan ko lang pala isipin pagmumukha niya para lahat ng bala ko ay maging pulido. 

Someone's breath hitched from my west. Agad kong tinutok doon ang baril.

"Kalma ka lang, Crest. Masyado ka yatang mainit ngayon," sabi nito habang tinitignan ang mga wooden dummies na sirang sira. Tinignan ko rin ito at tumingin ako pabalik sa kanya.

"Gusto mo itulad kita d'yan?" ani ko at kinasa ang baril. "It's been a long time since I had the chance to  test this gun. Care to be my moving dummy?" I sneered.

He smirked upon hearing my threat and shook his head. "Ayoko. Marami pa akong gustong tirahin--"

I immediately shot the ground beside him the moment I heard what he said. "You're still disgusting, Axel. Hell, when are you going to change?" 

He just laughed while jokingly raising his arms as if he's surrendering. "Chill, lady. What's going on with you?" he teased.

I ignored him and just gave my attention to the gun. I absentmindedly stared at the gun because, yep, what's going on with me?
