The Dark Angel

Chapter 1

 The day started out as a normal day for fourteen year old Kiera,Wake up,get ready,make bed,skip breakfast,brush teeth,wash face and out the door.Except this day had snow.It was May! All she could think was "Why in the goddess world would there be snow in may?!"...But wait...She wasn't in the goddess world anymore she was on earth.She sighed and started manifesting a sun and yelling at her mother in her head to stop making it snow.Yes she was yelling at her mother.In her head.This wasn't really the day she wanted to have.She looked in the car mirror and noticed one was blue and one was red and purple.She shook her head and was amazed.Then her eyes were back to blue.She shook her head and decided to walk in the snow.Leo would be waiting for her.No matter what that boy always waited for her.No matter the weather.She pulled out her phone and texted leo saying she was gonna be a little late.He replied with "why?" she texted him saying "I'm walking." He replied with "Nope.To cold for you.Coming to get you.Stay in the house until then." She smiled. Fight him! She heard a voice say.She shook her head and smiled.She texted him "Nu!" and turned on the song taylor swift-me and sung to it.Then she started walking.She felt her phone buzz sooooo many times but she didn't answer.Then a white truck was parked right next to her.Her hands were frozen and she was cold but she kept pushing on.One earbud fell out after leo tried to call her.He honked and decided to get out of the truck and hold her.She blushed.She looked up at him.The loud music still playing. He looked down at her. "No more walking.In.The.Truck.Now." She shook her head and struggled.He sighed and rolled his eyes.He picked her up and started carrying her to his truck so he could take her to school.She squirmed and started slipping. "I'll win!" He chuckled and said "No,No you won't." She huffed and bit his hand.Leo dropped Kiera and she ran.He growled and ran after her and picked her up, "Kiera we don't have time for this." She huffed and said "I just wanted to play before school started." He looked down at her and said "Now is not the time to play.We have school to go to." He buckled her up and kissed her head.She huffed and crossed her arms. "No fair." she mumbled under her breath.Leo looked at her and tried to hold her hand and she curled up in a ball and leaned against the door. As soon as she got to school she got out of the truck and went straight to class.No hugs from leo or kisses.She went in and did the work she had to do.She didn't want to eat even though she was starving.But after that class leo was right there in the doorway.She didn't even look and him and she walked to her next class the same thing as her last class.She didn't kiss or hug leo and she got her math test done and then leo walked in and she walked past him and she went to english.Her nephew/friend texted her and they started playing around like children would do...Then she thought of how leo would react.She then began to cry.After her teacher told the class they were going to the lab to finish the final she then got up and she ran into the door.She sat down and logged on and started doing her english final.She was still crying and no one asked or cared about her.She started thinking that leo was gonna be mad and before the bell rang,She ran out of the class after logging off and ran to her next class and then dropped off her stuff and then hid in the bathroom.But before she could go into the bathroom.Leo stood there and had his hand on her shoulder. "Why are you avoiding me?" She shook her head and wiped her tears and looked at the ground.He started to try to hold her in his arms.That's all she wanted right now.She started to break down.He held her tight. "What is wrong?" he said. "I'm fine" she mumbled.Her eyes turned purple with a swirl of red. "Just fucking leave me be." She was about to leave when leo all of a sudden looked down at her "No,You know i can't do that and i won't ever do it." Her heart ached at his words.She cried harder and held onto him.He hugged and held her tight.She started to tell him all that had happened with her friend/nephew and he still held onto her.He mumbled under his breath.But she still heard his hurt voice like his heart was about to crack into a thousand pieces and might not ever go back together or mend.Then she felt his anger radiate and felt his energy,to powerful.He then let his power flow not knowing that she could feel it.She hated the feeling she got from him she hugged him hard.He looked like he could or would kill anything or anyone in his path.She knew that he wanted to kill her friend/nephew.But more than that he was really,really hurt.He pushed her away and left.Left her on the floor crying.At lunch leo came after her and held her and said he was sorry.They hugged and leo gave her his phone.She texted everybody that she wanted to die and to be happy that she was gone.That's when she stepped outside and sat down in front of the school.Leo freaked out and went after her.Looking everywhere inside the school or when he couldn't find her he looked outside at the spot they both used to sit.Then he ran back inside and was starting to give up hope.This was the last place he could search.He pushed open the door to the school's entrance and sure enough she was there.As soon as he looked at her they locked eyes and he ran over to her.She wanted to cry or run but something was keeping her there.Tears fell from her now purple with a red swirl eyes.He held her and kissed her and hugged her as tight as he could. "Don't ever scare me like that again." She nodded and cried.She nuzzled him and he did so back.Then he got up and held out his hand for her.She took it and stayed close to him.She got in the truck and handed him his phone.She curled up in a ball and and leaned against the door.covering her face and leo read all of it.Yet again she wanted to run or get out of the car and run herself over.He put up the coaster thing in the middle and cuddled her.Held her and told her "You didn't hurt me,None of it is your fault.He's the one who didn't stop.It's okay." He then leaned down to kiss her but she turned away and started crying.He sighed and whispered in her ear "Kiera,It's okay." She blushed but tears still fell,Her heart still aching from all the pain.She then looked up at him.He looked down at her and kissed her.She then kissed him back.They stayed like that for a while.cuddled up and in the warm truck.She says "mins?" He looked at his phone and shrugged.She then said "wendy's?" He smiled and nodded.He then drove to wendy's and then before he got out he said "Are you okay?" She nodded and faked a smile.He then said "Are you sure?" She nodded.Then he said "I'll be right back." She blushed and nodded.Then she put on teardrops on my guitar by taylor swift.She then had tears falling.She then saw leo in the corner of her eye.She paused it and wiped her eyes.He opened the door and got in.He set the food down and looked at her staring out her window. "Still snowing." she said. He smiled.Then she picked a different song and and sung.Then he drove all the way back to school and they had two mins to get in there before the bell rang.They got in and the bell rang.Leo walked with her to class and she hugged and kissed him goodbye.She went into class.Everyone looking at her.Wanting her food or her position in life.She hugged the bag to her chest and glared at all of them.Basically saying: "MINE!" She sat down in her desk and asked steven to get her a computer and he did.She got her work done and over with then,The third bell rang and she was gathering her things when out of nowhere leo was right there.She was thankful he was there.They then walked to her 6th period and she hid what food she had left as well as her drink.Leo tilted his head and she shook her head as if she were saying "Don't judge me." He smiled and hugged her and she walked into her classroom and gave gabe and dj her last two chicken nuggets and gabe asked for her drink and she glared and shook her head.As if to say "NO WAY!" she then went to work on her tech assessments and final.Then she went to her last class of the day.Science.She got in a fight with tadashi and leo found out and scolded her.But he was glad she was okay.She texted him and left afterschool.On her way home she walked into a ally.It was dark,and creepy.There was a man standing there and just staring at her.One of her eyes turned purple and a swirl of black.She took the stance that she was ready to fight.Out of nowhere she felt a pain in her back.A really sharp pain.Like maybe something or someone was stabbing her in the back.The man yelled to her "TRUST NO ONE!" Then he disappeared.She had no idea what happened.She then looked back and she was shocked to see only black.with dark red.Then she remembered that she was hurting and she felt the blackness.It tickled her back.Her eyes widened.She then heard footsteps.She ran to a corner.Hoping this large black things would go away.She felt it go away.They were gone but when they were gone she felt another sharp pain.
