I entered home to see mom sitting in the living room with an envelope.

M: hi honey! Sit down i need to tell you something important
G: whats up
M: so you know every year they do a reward show for the lawyers who had worked soo hard on them right?
G: yeah but mom you never won that BUTTFACE what ever his name is always win
M: ik but i have this feeling that this year i will win and beat his a**
G: mom
M: no tomorrow we will go shopping to get you a dress

G: but mom

*the next day*
School went like usual zach, following me around and talking to me. Today the day that mw and mom will go shopping and buy dresses. I arrived home and changed into something more comfy. I sit on the couch when mom entered with zach holding groceries.
G: umm hi zach what are you doing here?
Z: i saw your mom having trouble with the groceries so I helped her
M: grace are you ready
G: yeah
M: i saw this cute dress
Z: where are you going? A wedding?

M: we are going to buy some dresses for an award show that im one if the nominees
Z: wow thats cool
M: thank you.... you know what grace doesn't have a date to the show. How about you go with her
G: mo...
M: I wouldn't take no for an answer
