Drakes POV :

So I'm off of work for about a month or two , I guess I'm not really off because I'm working on my album , but I can take it slower now . So I decide to stay in my L.A. home just because the studios bigger and L.A. has such nice weather and everything plus Nicki and wayne are here

Nicki texts Drake because she hears he's coming to L.A and since you can never believe the tabloids she just wants to see if it's true .

Drake's phone rings the ringtone he has for when Nicki texts him goes off 🎶 I'm so I'm so I'm so I'm so I'm so proud of you🎶

Nicki : Hi babe

Drake : wessup boo

Nicki : nothing much , so I hear your in L.A ?

Drake : yea just here for a couple months Laurie(drake's niece) is coming to stay with me for about a week or two . Her moms going on some kind of business trip .

Nicki : awww my little ladybug's coming ? How old is she now like five ?

Drake : 😩 I wish she's like 14 a full out teenager

Nicki : awww that's so cute she thinks she's grown and shit😍😂 , but when will she be over there ? I want to see both of you

Drake : she'll be over here tomorrow . just moving my stuff in today.

Nicki : ok I can't wait to see you both I'll talk to you later😚

Drake : ok see you tomorrow 😝😘

Nicki's POV

We'll since drake's here I guess I can ask him about the song for The Pinkprint . I'm really happy that he's here he just got off of tour and I feel like I haven't seen him and wayne in like forever , maybe we all just need to go out to dinner or something , and I'm so excited to see my little ladybug , everytime I see her my heart melts she's so precious , we'll at least she was the last time I saw her .

Drake spends the rest of the day just moving in and getting adjusted . Nicki works on the album for a while , calls august ( considering he was in the hospital in a COMA !😭 ) to see how he's doing and starts getting ready to go to her photo-shoot .

NEXT DAY🌞

Drake's alarm goes off indicating that he needs to get ready to go to the airport to pick up Laurie . He goes to relieve himself and does his hygiene . He planned on taking Laurie to lunch , to the beach , and to Nicki 's later as a surprise so he chose his outfit carefully . He settled on a black OVO tee with some all black shorts and his gold and black "6ix" Jordan's . He arrives at the airport and holds up a sign that say's "Laurie Graham" . Drake and Laurie were very close even though he was her uncle he was the closet thing she had to a fatherly figure .

Laurie's POV

I got off the plane , it felt like it took me a year and a lifetime to get there , but when I saw Drake I instantly forgot about everything and ran up to give him a hug with the biggest smile spread across my face . I really missed him he doesn't even act like an uncle he's more like my older brother or bestfriend .

Drake picks her up upside down and starts spinning her around she starts whining like a five year old playfully for him to put her down . He puts her down and helps her with her bags .

Drake : So how was your flight big head ?

Laurie : Really nigga ? Big head , that's the best you can do ? But it was alright I guess if you don't mind it taking you forever to get here .
