Naruto' POV

I thought about my battle with Pain while lying in the hospital bed staring at the ceiling...

I remembered Hinata... The things she said to me... They were very sweet.. Very sincere...

*FLASHBACK*

" Because...

Naruto-kun..

*END OF FLASHBACK*

What if take what Sakura-chan said to me? Maybe I really should thank her...i thought.

I went to Hinata's room which is just beside mine... I knocked on the door..

"come in!" someone said.

I went inside and saw Hinata and Sakura-chan talking.

"Hey Naruto!" Sakura-chan said.

"Oh! H-hi N-naruto k-kun. How a-are y-you?" Hinata said, blushing. Why was she blushing?

"Hey Sakura-chan! Hey Hinata! I feeling well now. What about you?"

"Oh, I'm fine! Thanks for asking."

" Uhmmm. Hinata, I want to talk to you about something."i blurted

I saw Sakura-chan nudge Hinata's arm and blinked.

"Oh, Naruto, I have to go to Tsunade-sama's office to tell her that Hinata already woke up. See you later! Bye Hinata!"

"Wait! S-sakura c-chan!" Hinata shouted but Sakura was already outside the room.

"S-so N-naruto k-kun.. W-what is i-it you w-want to t-talk about?" she asked me. Still blushing.

Awkward Silence...

" About what happened during my battle with Pain."

she hid her face under the pillow... I was still waiting for an answer....

Hinata's POV

I hid my face under my pillow... What will I say?.. Then finally, I said

"W-what a-about it?" I stuttered. I was so embarrased.

"Well, I wanted to thank you for what you did and..." naruto stopped..

I was about to faint when he stopped and asked..

" The things you said to me? W-were t-they true?" I was so shocked he stuttered and he....

WAS BLUSHING?!

"O-of c-course they w-were true!" I stopped and think... I will tell the truth NOW!

" Ever since we were kids... I had always admire you! Your humor, your looks but not only that... your dreams. The way you wanted to achieve your dreams! I always wanted to be like you and.... I-i-i..." i stopped.

Naruto's POV

Why did she stop.. I was about to speak when she said..

"I love you..."

This was the first time somebody said something like that to me.. I suddenly hugged her. Then I realize.. she was crying... She continued" but I knew you wouldn't like me because you like S-sakura chan.."

"Hinata chan..." I muttered.

CHAN?!

I realized.. I was wrong.. For not noticing Hinata... for ignoring her feelings.. for EVERYTHING....

"Hinata-chan... I know now... that... I was wrong.. for not knowing how you feel about me.. I'm really sorry. I-i...."

I was about to say it when suddenly.. Neji threw the door open..

"Hinata-sama! how're you feeling? Are you okay?" Neji said. Then he glared at me.

"What're you doing here?"

Then someone said

"Neji-kun, calm down!" Tenten said. Ahe was with Kiba, Shino, Ino, Lee, Shikamaru, Sakura, Temari, Sai and Sasuke.

Sorry... The chapter was short..

But on the next chapter, I already added more characters. the next chapter will be published by tomorrow..
