The white snow settles around her as she sits on the smooth surface of the wooden park bench and watches as the music blares through her headphones, drowning out all the noises of the world leaving her oblivious to everything happening around her.
The moon illuminates her face, her ocean blue eyes sparkling as she looks out over the snow covered ground which surrounds her.
Her precious moment was ruined as she saw a fluffy ball of white and black bounding towards her in a yapping cloud of fur as it skids a cross the ground.
She takes out her head phones as the over excited dog leaps to the wooden structure and onto her lap as she looks around the park desperate as to see who this bundle of fur belongs to.
The husky jumped off of the girls lap as the crunching of leaves was once again heard, the girl immediately pulled on her hoodie as a face was seen through the darkness of the night.
She turned to leave but gasped as a hand grabbed her wrist turning her around to face the person, their face also hidden by a hooded jacket.
But before any words were spoken she tore her arm away from his grasp and bolted in the direction of the small woodland located to right of the park, leaving him dumbfounded for all he wanted was to say 'thank you' seeing as though she had found his dog.
