"what a jerk," seokjin murmured, responding to the story yoongi has counted them.

"so, what i'm hearing is: he was the reason you fell, dropped all the food you were going to hand out to the poor, and didn't apologize?" asked hoseok, his tone becoming cold.

yoongi shook his head,

"his sister said sorry," he added, shrugging his shoulders.

by now, they were cleaning the cafe, preparing for closing.

hoseok scoffed, "he thinks he's all high and mighty because he's prince."

"uh - babe, he is high and mighty..," reminded seokjin.

yoongi held back a giggle, continuing to wipe down the tables.

faded voices were heard outside, the neighs if horses mixing together with the faint words.

jin shuffled to the entrance, opening the door and poking his head out.

"sorry, we're-"

he stopped himself, eyes widening at the sight of four well-known men and a small little girl.

jeongguk held his hand out as to stop jin from speaking any further.

mina grinned widely, pushing past jin and into the cafe, wandering around.

taehyung an jeongguk followed them, leaving namjoon and jimin with a shocked jin.

"ah - ahaha, we'll pay extra since you're already closed," namjoon awkwardly mentioned, walking past the stunned boy, hand-in-hand with jimin.

yoongi and hoseok were mid-conversation before they were interrupted with the squeals of alvin from alvin and the chipmunk.

scratch that- it was a little girl's voice.

yoongi cocked his head towards the giggles, being greeted with the sight of a small female body wearing a royal blue sundress, a small tiara placed on her brown curls.

"can i have strawberry cake and banana milk, please?" she asked, looking up at hoseok.

"make that two banana milks," jeongguk cut in, hands in his white slacks.

yoongis brows knitted together.

excuse me?

"i'm sorry, but we were just closing."

jeongguk looked uninterested in his words.

"listen, we'll pay twice the amount, along with a great amount of tips for the three of you," jeongguk said, his tone sounded bored.

namjoon and jimin found a table away from everyone, jin writing their orders on a notepad, not minding the conversation behind him but instead mentally recording the whole situation.

yoongi's eyes flickered to taehyung's, the two holding gazes as if taehyung has already been previously looking at him.

finally, he shrugged his shoulder, not caring if another human was giving him orders.

hoseok quickly scrambled to the back of the counter, preparing their orders.

yoongi leaned on a table, still eyeing taehyung who was currently conversing with jeongguk and his younger sister.

"oppa, that boy is really pretty," mina said, looking back and pointing at yoongi.

yoongi was so lost in staring at taehyung he didn't notice the small finger wagging at him.

taehyung glanced at the short male, blinking slowly and looking back to the table.

"i know."

jeongguk had been chewing gum, scrolling through his phone. everyone was doing their own thing.

taehyung's eyes explored the small cafe, not showing any expression towards the sight.

he let out a sigh before being brought their orders.

both jeongguk and mina made noises of excitement to the banana milks that were brought to the table by yoongi, hurriedly gulping down the drink.

after a while, the group then left outside to get prepared for leaving back to the castle.

though taehyung had stayed in the hut.

"can i speak with, uh," taehyung quintes to get a better view of the name tag on yoongis apron.

"yoo.. yoongi"

hoseok and jin both bored holes on his figure, yoongi nervously shuffling to the prince.

"listen, i'm only going to offer you this once," taehyung began.

yoongi wore an unamused expression, arms crossed over his chest.

"would you like to work at my castle as my butler?"

yoongi froze.

what?

he knew it was a good opportunity and an easy way to earn money.

but was it worth leaving the cafe to those two idiots in there?

actually.. it's a once in a lifetime chance.

"why not?" he answered cheekily.

"splendid. now, tomorrow you'll arrive at 3pm. here's my number."

it seemed as if taehyung had written his cell number on a napkin earlier, as if he had thought about hiring a new butler.

yoongi took is, lips pulling back and nodding, now watching as the cafe's last visitors left.
