1: feed Toby about 35 waffles at least 3 times a day
2: don't eat even 1 waffle. Toby will cut you open and try find the waffle
3: if Toby eats waffles after midnight take them away and don't give them back until the morning
4: don't let e.j feed him. He will kill himself if he does
5: if Toby ever sees someone eat his waffles lock him in a room he can't get out of so he doesn't kill them
6: if Toby takes his time eating his waffles and you need to be some where grab the waffles and shove them down his throat. He won't care cause he loves waffles
7: don't let him eat his waffles unsupervised. He will kill anyone who walks past him and looks at him funny
