It has been a week and I am finally back from my suspension for punching Cheryl Blossom in the face. But she totally deserved it tho.
I got a letter in the mail from Stefan( ofc a letter ) :
Dear Elena,
Hey, how's it going? I bet you were glad that i wasn't at school for the past week. Well i have a reason for that. All of us decided to move back to Mystic Falls because there are some problems we have to fix. But don't worry about it we will take care of it. So, How was it? Is it as perfect as you thought it was going to be? Oh and you must be wondering why i'm writing a letter instead of text, well just ask Damon he will know. One more thing i'm coming to visit just give 3 minutes after reading this note.

*three minutes later*
I hear a knock on my door and see Stefan. "Well you really meant it when you said three minutes" I say. I turn around and see Stefan's mouth covered in blood.
" What did you do?!" I yell anxiously.
"Oh hey Elena I just wanted to tell you, your new friend Betty has a great blood type, actually my favorite kind" he says with a smile.
As I just processed what he said I pick up the phone and called Betty. She picks up but all I can hear is some loud breathing. As i turn around Stefan is gone. I locate her and run as fast as I can to her.
When I got there Betty was laying on the floor in a puddle of her own blood.
I had to do something quickly so I bite my wrist and feed her my blood. She now she has to be careful for 24 hours.
I pick her up and take her to my house. Turns out Caroline really wanted to go all out so she bought me a mansion.
I lay her on the couch and wait for her to wake up. As I was waiting for her I was thinking why would Stefan bite her. He hates human blood and he would never feed off of a person either. Then I hit me.... he flipped his switch.
Last time this happened it was not good he went on a killing spree. From town to town draining every person in each town.
I caught him and made him switch it back.
But this time is going to be harder to fix. Betty finally wakes up confused. " what is going on?"
And "where am I?" Betty asked
Your in my house and you nearly died. "wait what?" Betty exclaimed. " i have to tell you something." i say nervously. "what?"Betty questions. "Well this might be hard to process but, i'm a vampire and the supernatural world is real" i say slowly, "I can prove it if you don't believe me".
"Okay then prove it" Betty says surprised. I take my ring off and stand in the sun. As the sun hits my face and arm the light strikes and burns and blisters my body. When already being tortured with this method it did't hurt as bad as it did the first time the sun hit me. But to go even further I put my ring back on and super speed to stand right in front of her.
As Betty stood there processing what she saw I explained all the myths about vampires and movie myths such as: garlic, vampires don't glisten in the sun, water doesn't hurt us we just don't like it, and more.
She had many questions and i was willing to answer them all. But I did have the choicese to compel her to forget. Maybe that would be for the better. It is selfish of me to lay a huge bomb on someone. Ever time i tell someone what I know they get hurt and I can't hurt anyone else.
I decided that making her forget was the best choice and I needed to push her away because people that get close to me end up dead. I look her dead i the eye and say " You were bit by an animal and you went to the hospital and you hit your head so, you can't remember the time gap. I never took you home or told you anything. Lastly, you never met me" I say when compelling Betty.
I pick her up and run her home and put her in her bed.
"Goodnight Betty Cooper, you'll thank me later or not" I say happily.
