Taylor's POV:
"Happy 4 Year Anniversary" , those 4 words played through my head over and over again as I sat on the edge of my bed with the black satin box in my hand. As soon as Olivia left I told Monica to leave and not contact me again, that what we were doing was officially over. I put on a pair of sweatpants and went downstairs. Arriving down stairs I saw my phone light up out of the corner of my eye. I looked at the screen that read "6 missed callas from Babe". I tried calling her but she wouldn't answer, so I left her a voice mail.
"Hey Olivia, I know that I'm probably the last person that you would wanna talk to right now, but I'm extremely sorry I am, for everything, I'm sorry I caused you all this pain I really am. I lov-" before I could say "I love you" my phone died. As I stood in the kitchen crying I realized that it is all my fault, I had the most perfect thing in the world and I ruined it. I had given up everything that Olivia and I had built for a couple nights of fun with a girl from high school.
I quickly grabbed my keys and wallet and hopped into my jeep to head to the apartment to see if she was there, hoping she was there. Hoping that I wouldn't be walking into an empty apartment. At the end of my parent's driveway, I pulled out the box from Olivia, opening it carefully. What I saw sent me into a frenzy, Olivia was pregnant with my baby and I had just ruined every chance with her.
Olivia's POV:
As I arrived at Taylor and I's apartment I quickly ran upstairs and began packing as much as I could find. Trying not to break down I packed most of my clothes into my two suitcases when the sound of heavy footsteps broke me out of my concentration. Praying it wasn't Taylor, I peeked out of the bedroom door to come face-to-face with mine and Taylor's close friends, Nash, Aaron, Matt, and Cameron. I sighed in relief and ran into their open arms finally breaking down. Explaining the situation was much easier, especially telling them that I was pregnant. They all seemed happy for me about the baby and agreed to help me pack before Taylor could come back.
After 30 minutes of vigorous packing and throwing things into my car, all of my belongings were finally cleared out of the apartment. I was saddened to see the apartment so empty but knew I was doing the right thing. Nash had given me the keys to his lake house and told me I could stay there for as long as I needed and that they would all come visit as often as they could. They also kept the promise that they wouldn't tell Taylor of me being in Nash's lake house, which was a relief. I needed some time to process what had happened in front of me today and to figure out how and where I am going to provide for my child. With one last look into the apartment I threw my key into the bowl on the counter and left.
Arriving at the lake house, the boys helped me unpack my belongings and make it feel as if I were at home, which I did. They had all done so much for me in such a rough situation. Cameron had told me that he would go to all of the baby appointments with me so that I wouldn't have to do it alone, I also found a job at the local diner 3 miles away from the house. I felt good, that I was having a fresh start. I knew that I would talk to Taylor eventually because I would want him to know his child, I just didn't know when that would happen.
