Done with the cruelty of her family and having nothing but determination, Athena takes the advice of her newly found best friend and decides to run away for once and for all. What she doesn't expect is to get completely into the clutches of the devilishly handsome man, who happens to be the brother of her best friend.

Being aware of her state of vulnerability, Alexander offers Athena something that she doesn't have any reason to turn down, other than it being a problem for her dignity and pride, that is least of her concern at the moment, so she accepts.

But the question remains, what does Alexander know? And what are his motives?

"Please" I begged.

"Please what?" he whispered into my ear, a smirk making way on his devilishly handsome face.

"Please I-I will do anything that you say just please don't hand me over to that abuser" I whispered with tears streaming down my face.

"Good girl"  Alexander said with his sultry voice, satisfied with my decision.

Author's note:
This is purely a work of fiction. Neither it connects to any real life events nor does it intend to plagiarize someone else's work. The characters are purely and utterly fictional. If there are some similarities with any other books on any platform then it's nothing but coincidence. (Also drop the name of that book becuz I want to read a masterpiece written by that genius author... Sorry but I'm really into these kind of books but never seem to find any *sigh* )

Plagiarism is a no no because it's kind of disturbing knowing that someone else is stealing your idea, so in near future if you stumble upon a book that seems to have been plagiarizing this one then please let me know. I usually ride at dawn.

English is not my first language. It's something that I have been kind of taught at school but I mostly learned it on my own so don't be rude while calling out the mistakes or I'll shave your eyebrows and hide the pencils. Yes, I'll do that.

Don't call out my characters rudely because I control their actions and it's highly offensive as an author to be called out on how shitty their characters act.

Just please don't be rude, simple as that.

On a more serious note: If you're a feminist, then I suggest you to don't read it. My main character doesn't go through serious sort of misogyny but she does get controlled by a man for a long time so if you're not into that shit, then I suggest you to find something else to read. Now it's just that it takes her some time to stand up for herself but she does turn into a strong person by the end of the book. You know, character development.

And lastly, stan BTS, stan Hoseok.

That's it for now have fun, live like Dionysus, be gay, rob banks, go crazy ahhh go stupid ahhh or just be yourself becuz the best you is you when you're yourself!
