Chapter 3: We're Here!

When the plane landed we grabbed our bags and scurried off. I pulled out my phone to check the time. "Uh oh" I frowned. My phone showed 7:00 we were supposed to get here twenty minuets ago! "What's the matter" Stella said with a concerned look. "We may or may not have lost our spot". "mmm..." she hummed. We speed walked to the airport to see if we get catch an uber.

As we walk in the smell of cool fresh air fills my nose. "Ok uhhh, lets sit down" I say a bit overwhelmed by the situation. So here's the thing, I speak a bit of Korean but, I'm a little dusty. I haven't been practicing lately so, if we do have to get an uber I wont know what the heck I'm saying. (A/n: Looks like reader-chan forgot to do Duolingo 😂) "Maybe we could take the subway instead." I pull out my phone and open the map. I manage to find the transportation button on apple maps after a bunch of nervose tapping . "Perfect" I murmur. The nearest subway is down the street. "Let me guess" Stella starts," you found us a ride". "Yep" I smile. I stood up, grabbed Stella's wrist, and dragged her out of the airport.

After about ten minuets of walking we FINALY get to the subway. We speed down the stairs and make our way to one of the many maps scattered around the underground station. "you can let go now y/n" she giggles. "oh right, sorry" I smile. "Hmm..." she ponders as she guides her finger across the big glowing screen. "where is the hotel even at" She askes. " Oh sorry! Here" I say as I hand her my phone. "so...we have to take the green path thingy" she confirms. "whatever you say Dora" I chuckled. She than grabs my wrist this time and drags me into the nearest subway train.

As soon as we got on AMILLION awkward stares were dumped on us. Stella carefully pulled me into the train making sure I didn't hurt myself. We sit down and look out the window to make sure we didn't miss our stop. I pull out my phone to check my time again. "HOW IS IT ALREADY 8:00!", I thought . After what felt like hours, the train stopped and almost flung me out of my seat!The Over head guied said something in Korean and the doors opened. "This look like its it" Stella Mumbled but somehow,I still heard her. We grabbed our stuff and headed out of the awkward box we called a subway train.

We ran up the stairs hoping we got off at the right stop. When we got to the top stair I again, pulled out my phone to see if we were at the right place. I held up my phone to the large lit up building. The images look identical. "Were here" I breathed. "Now Lets pray we still have our spot". The hotel lobby smelled like the inside of a new car. Every thing was so nice and clean, There was huge square art on the cealing. It was like I walked into a painting .

I just stood there with mouth wide open."ahem" Stella coughfed. Whith that i was snaped out of my thoughts. "Oh sorry" I nervousely giggle. we walk up to the guy at the desk. Stella shoves me to start talking. I give her a "stop it i know" look and turned the guy. "Uhh" i started," 안녕 내 이름은 y/n 우리가 방 508에 우리의 자리를 잃은 경우 궁금 했다". (Uhh hi my name is y/n i was wondering if we had lost our spot in room 508). The guy gives me a confused look and tries to prosses my bad korean. He than shakes his head to confirm he understood and started typing on his computer. He smiles at us and gives me a card. A wave of relief washed over me,We didnt lose it."정말 고마워요" i giggled. (thank you so much)." yeah what she said"Stella laughed.We waved the man goodbye and ran to the elavator.

As soon as we got in stella calapsed onto the elavator floor. "When we get to the room remind me to never run ever again." she breaths. " Yeah, i think not." i chuckle.What was two minuets felt like two hours when the doors finally open. We walked down the long,narow hallway.I tried my hardest not to look down."Why does our room have to be so high" I frowned. " whaaaat, are you scared."Stella smirks. "Were on the 4th highest floor in a 8 story high bulding, what do you think" I frown. "mmm..." she hums.

I quickly eyed our room and ran twords it. "HEY WAIT UP Y/N" She whisper yelled. "Keep up slow poke"I laughed. I quickly pull out my keycard and slid it on the scanner. When i opend the door my eyes got wide. I had never seen anything so fancy in my life.Stella walked in and slamed into my back. When she finally looked up she wasted no time running in. The room had two twin beds,big, circular lights, A large, black t.v on the wall, and best of all a huge,gorgous, all white bathroom with a big mirror. Stella plopped down on the right bed.She crawled to the top and tucked herself all the way under the covers. "arnt you ganna take a shower" I giggled."I take one tomorrow" says stella's muffled voice. "oooook if you say so" i chuckle as i start to rumage through my bag. I find a t-shirt and change out of my subway contaminated clothes.

As i walk to the left bed i wonder "has anyone every done this much work in one day if so, how do you do it?" I pull out my phone to check it one more time."10:00". "Man, im never doing that again" i smile. I close my eyes and let my head melt into the pillow. Tomorrow was the day and i, couldnt wait.
