Detention

Class has ended. Well, not for me and Lukas. We have detention for an hour. I look at everybody leave and then looked at Lukas, who was sitting next to me. Once everybody walked out, the teacher went up to us. "Here, you'll be doing this" She handed us both a math test. Seriously!? Ugh. A few minutes passed, she was sitting down at her desk and doing some work on her computer. "This is so boring...i cant believe were going to be doing this for a MONTH" I whispered to Lukas, rolling my eyes and groaning. "Yeah, this sucks." He whispered back. About 30 minutes passed, but there was still half an hour left. When i noticed that, i thought to myself: "Only 30 minutes passed? Did time slow down? IT FEELS LIKE 10 HOURS HAVE PASSED!" Yeah i was overreacting. But i was mad. I had the right to be mad. And sad. Another 10 minutes passed by...and the teacher stood up and walked to the door. She looked at us and said "I need to collect some papers from the office, ill be right back." We both knodded and she left. I got bored and stopped doing my work for a bit, despite almost finishing. Without even realizing, i began singing.

"I usually have an answer to the question but this time im gon' be quite, this time..."

"Aint nothing like the feeling of uncertainty the eerieness of silence..."

Suddenly, i quickly flashed back to reality. "Ack- sorry!" I was really embarrased. "Dont be, i like your singing voice" I hear Lukas say. It made me a bit red. 

L: "This time it was so unexpected"

J: "Last time it was the drugs he was lacing..."

L&J: "All legends fall in the making"

L: "Sorry truth,"

J: "Dying young, demon youth"

I was honestly quite suprised, because

1. He sings really good.

2. I didnt actually think he would know that song.

"Hey do you know this song:"

He began singing the song "Hold on" which i did infact know.

L: "Loving and fighting, acussing, denying"

J: "I cant imagine a world with you gone."

L: "They joy and the chaos."

J: "The demons were made of"

L: "I'd be so lost if you left me alone."

J: "You locked yourself in the bathroom"

L: "Lying on the floor when i break through..."

J: "I pull you in to feel your heartbeat"

L: "Can you hear me screaming please dont leave me?"

J: "Hold on i still want you."

L: "Come back i still need you."

It kind of morphed into an awkward silence, since we both had forgotten the rest. "The songs depressing but also kinda catchy" I said. "I love you." Lukas says.

"I love you too."

(Whoever can guess the first song ill give you a cookie-)

(Edit: I think im just gonna delete this story imma sorry but i cringe so much whenever i read it, especially chapte5 and 6)
