Izuku Midoriya - as you PROBABLY ALREADY KNOW - was born without a quirk, but his favourite hero and idol ALL MIGHT passes his onto this PRECIOUS INNOCENT BOI-
Izuku likes Bakugou but is way too nervous to show it, so he keeps to himself, hoping that one day, Bakugou will tell him the words he hopes to hear - that he likes him back. He has many friends, and has no idea that Bakugou has a HUGELY FAT CRUSH on him and is jealous of the friends he made.

Katsuki Bakugou
Also known as "Kacchan" by his childhood friend Izuku Midoriya.
Katsuki Bakugou - as you DEFINITELY ALREADY KNOW - is the type of guy with a certain problem - *cough cough* anger issues *cough cough* - and has the Explosion quirk. He also has a HUGELY FAT CRUSH on Midoriya whom he calls "Deku" but will never show it as of fear, and this fear makes him a FAT MEAN BITCH-
Bakugou has little hope that his crush likes him back, but doubts himself so much that it makes him more angry than usual. He is - inevitably - jealous of Midoriya as he has so many friends and is VERY jealous of Shoto Todoroki as Bakugou believes that Todoroki likes Midoriya - and the other way around - but he doesn't understand what this dual-quirked boy is going through.

Shouto Todoroki
Most commonly known as "Todoroki-Kun" to his classmates.
Todoroki is -as you already kno... okay y'all get the idea - an edgy and pretty much emotionless boy and, in this story, he has depression - quite severe, in fact - and Midoriya is the only one who knows of this and helps him (which is why bakugou gets the wrong idea-). Todoroki does not like Midoriya as anymore than a friend (i apologise tododeku shippers-) and in fact likes Yaoyorozu Momo and she doesn't realise for a while even though he's blaintantly obvious with his feelings towards her.
TODOROKI IS A BEAUTIFUL, PRECIOUS AND EDGY BASTARD AND IF ANYONE TELLS ME OTHERWISE I WILL FIND YOU AND YOU WILL BE PREPARED TO HAVE THE SHIT BEATEN OUT OF YOU-
