The only thing that distracted Taehyung from his work and worries was Jae, somehow she made him calm, soothed him and loved him and he loved her. As he went to the fountain, he found her watching the fountain and the kids playing, he went up to her from behind and closed her eyes. "Tae-ah, I know it's you." she said chuckling as she held his hand and brought him in front of her. "I missed you" Taehyung said as she hugged him. "I missed you too love. I was busy due to work" she said and Taehyung smiled at how she called him her love. "Let's go for dinner!" Taehyung said and she happily agreed.
They went to a nice place where it was silent yet beautiful and had dinner. "After how long are we out?" Jae asked him "Maybe 3 weeks" he answered while finishing off his food. "It felt like months to me.." she answered pouting at him and he chuckled at her cuteness. "Aww my love is sad.. no problem honey we'll go every week okay?" he said and she nodded laughing. After having the food they went out to take a stroll of the garden when he stopped her and looked into her eyes.."Do you love me Seong Jae?" he asked her sincerely and that showed in his eyes, in his tone, and Jae stood speechless 'she loved him but she didn't know if she was ready for this' it became more silent and only their breaths were heard. "What's taking so long Jae?" he asked sadly, he didn't want to be rejected because he knew she loved him, and before she could say anything he took her hand and placed it on his throbbing chest.
"You see how fast it's beating Jae...this thing inside beat's for you.It's 'cause I love you Seong Jae" he said and tears went down her eyes, this was too pure and she did the same thing she took his hand placed it on her heart. "I love you Taehyung, I love you a lot" she said sobbing and Tae was more than just happy he instantly hugged her , picked her and danced along. "Thank you Jae, Thank you so much for coming in my life" he said screaming on top of his voice and she smiled at cute he was.
It was then she decided that she will love and she will protect it at the same time. She decided she'll keep her identity hidden till the right time. And on the other side Taehyung chose the same thing, it was to love and protect, and he was ready to risk everything that came in the way of love.
Little did the both of them know, that it was harder than they imagined and riskier than they thought because a police offices and a enemy can never love..
