New to This

Inspiration

It is finally time. You dreamed about doing this your whole life. Your parents would be so supportive, but you worry about what you would do without them. Suddenly your feelings are masked with great joy you get from thinking about how you could finally become an idol. Soon you encounter the presence of the big doors that read the words, "DX Entertainment", and you feel like you can do anything. You traveled so far and now it is time to show your talents.

When you walk in the building you are quite startled by the loud music playing throughout the building. Some lady looks at you with a stern look on her face as if you showing up was such a disappointment. She asked if you were here for auditions and you timidly answer yes. As she leads you to the waiting room you pass a young girl who seems to be crying while her parents yell at her on the phone, because she has failed to make them proud. You get so nervous that you begin to shake. The lady can feel the vibrations from your body, it was almost like she was silently making a joke of you.

You finally get to the waiting room and print your name on the printed paper attached to a clip board. The director of the event tells you to have a seat. You end up sitting next to a someone with a slim body type and beautiful facial features. They tell you how much training they did and how good they are at singing and dancing. You ask them to prove it in disbelief that someone could be better than you. As they begin to dance you realize just how much of a challenge you are up to. You try to figure out how you could even compare yourself to them, but then you realize how great you are and pay them no attention. 

The clock ticks and you will be next in minutes. You get so nervous and excited at the same time. Sweat slowly rolls down your anxious body, and you begin to feel very overworked. However, you manage to keep your composure. It then comes a point in time where you are called up. You enter the room and find two people with pens in their hands ready to determine your future. IN their eyes you are already worthless, but you will have no problem proving your worth. You state your name and answered a series of question, before the lights suddenly dim and music begins to play. You begin to perform what you have been practicing for the last 7 months. With this you end your audition and stand there clueless.

The judges look as if you have offended them. You don't know what is yet to come.

"NEXT", said the judges.

You wait to see your fate.
