walk

You had just gotten into an argument with your bf/gf.
You hated arguments, they made you feel anxious, so you decided that you'd go for a walk with your dog to clear your conscience.
You knew of a wood nearby your home, you've never gone there before but figured it's good to give it a go.

You walked into your lounging room and attached  your dog's lead into its collar.
Right before leaving you said to your bf/gf, lock the door on your way out".
You left your house feeling sad, anxious and a bit nervous but you knew he/she would get over the silly argument sooner or later.

You walked up to the so called "entrance" into the wooded area.
You began to walk....it was calm and actually weirdly enough....relaxing.
You wondered why you've never been here before.
When suddenly you get a huge fright as your dog stops dead in its tracks, making its leash stuck and hard to pull all because it was looking at a selection of sticks laid out on the leafy ground.

You took a look around you, it - it was beautiful, trees, tall surrounded you.
The leaves growing on them were multicoloured some even unimaginable colours for a leaf.
Species of birds you've never seen before appeared before your eyes...it - it was almost magical?
Your dog ended up picking a stick, you began to walk forward, peering through the trees was a building, white with a red door.

There was a garden in the front yardwas immaculate, gorgeous flowers planted themselves into the soil.

You tried to walk forward but you couldn't, your dog it began to panic and it went into a frenzy.
It refused to walk further.
You then decided to return home, you were confused but brushed it off.

You then realized your bf/gf had left, he/she left a note saying

"I'm sorry from the bottom of my heart I mean this, I love you but I don't think this is going to work out. From: Jamie" (unisex name)

You went into panic mode and started to feel bewildered and anxious, overwhelmed ?

Later that night you got into bed ready to sleep,  you simply couldn't you worried about your significant other and wondered why your dog freaked out.
