Jimin's POV
I yawned, opening up my eyes and looking around. I forgot I had accidentally fell asleep at Hoseok's. I grabbed my phone and checked my messages, smiling at the texts from Joon. I sent him a text that I just woke up and suddenly my phone was ringing. I answered the phone, still giggling.
"Good morning, Joonie." I said, smiling.
"Good morning, baby. How did you sleep? I couldn't keep my mind off of you. You know I hate it when you are away." You could almost hear him pouting, and I giggled at that.
"Gosh, Joonie, I told you Hoseok needed me."
"I know, but now I need my baby. When are you coming home?"
"I don't know, let me check on Hoseok and I'll text you. He was really shook up after last night, you know."
"Knowing Mr. Jeon, I would have been, too. He is strange guy and not one that you can mess around with."
"Mhm, but his actions were just so strange. I wonder if he will come back to the club. He seemed way too fond of Hoseok for his safety."
"I think that he will be okay. Plus, he has all of us. Mr. Jeon has no reason to go after him."
"I know, I just get anxious." I said with a pout.
"It will all be okay, now go talk to him and make sure he is okay."
"Okay, I love you, Joonie!"
"I love you, too, baby boy. Be good and come home soon. Text me." I smiled as he hung up and I got off the couch.
"Hoseok!! Get your lazy butt out of bed! It's already one in the afternoon!" I yelled across the flat, smiling as I heard a loud thump and footsteps rushing into the room.
"What? How did I sleep in that late?" He asked, looking at the clock before glaring at me.
"Oops." I laughed as he ran over and tackled me, tickling me.
"It's only nine you bloody liar!" He said, laughing and continuing to tickle me as I squirmed around.
"Stop! Okay! I'm sorry!" I said, breathless from all of the tickling. I looked up at him, smiling as he lay on my chest with his legs straddling my waist. I wrapped my arms around him and enjoyed his warmth.
"I love you, Minnie. Thank you for coming and staying with me." He said, smiling and looking up at me.
"I love you, too, Seokie. I wouldn't miss it for the world. You are so important to me." I smiled back at him, running a hand through his hair. I admired him so much.
When we were in high school, I had a major crush on him, but at that point I had just realized I was gay. My parents had the complete opposite reaction I had expected, whereas Hoseok's parents kicked him out. He stayed with me until the end of high school and then we had a flat together for two years during college. I moved in with Namjoon about 6 months ago, but he decided it was time he get his own place. He ended up with a roommate, not the most pleasant guy, but at least he wasn't around very much. Hoseok had just turned twenty two last month and I had turned twenty one on October last year. We both have been working at the Gay Strip Club since July of last year, but Hoseok has a lot better reputation than me. We wouldn't have gotten the jobs if it weren't for Namjoon.
"So, what are your plans for today? I know that you work later, but what about the noon?" He asked, breaking me from my thoughts.
"Oh, Joon called me earlier and said he wanted me to go back to the flat, but I can stay and hang out with you if you'd like."
"If he wants you home, then you better get back to your man." He said, chuckling as he got up.
"I guess so. My boy is so needy for me all the time. I'm not usually one to complain, but he has been so clingy lately." I said, rolling my eyes which earned a good laugh out of him.
"I wouldn't know, but I've heard Alphas can be pretty clingy and possessive as they get into the mating stage of a relationship, aka closer to being married." He mumbled, cleaning up the living room from the night before.
"Well, hopefully, we won't be getting married too soon. My parents sure are begging for some grandkids, but I just don't think I'm ready yet. I have so much more I want to do, to live for." I spoke in a very mellow tone, sighing and staring down at the blanket.
"Hey, I'm sure you'll figure everything out. You are young after all! Only twenty one! There is no rush, so don't let your parents pressure you into it, okay?" He spoke while kneeled in front of me with his hand on mine. I smiled at him, leaning forward and hugging him.
"Thanks, Seokie. You always help me so much." He nodded.
"It's not a problem. You're my best friend."
"Now, I wonder how you sound so intelligent when you don't even have a boyfriend at all!" I exclaimed, laughing a bit at his expression.
"Jimin!! I haven't found the right one. I always look around and see everyone with mates and lovers, but I just feel lonely. Except, well, except yesterday. When Mr. Jeon was there, I felt something." My eyes widened. Could it be that Hoseok is Mr. Jeon's mate? No way. I wouldn't believe it, but I'm still so curious.
"Seok, could it be?" He immediately shakes his head.
"No way. I don't even want to consider that."
"What if sensed it? What if he comes back?"
"In the heat of the moment, I kind of already asked him to come back.." He groaned, facepalming.
"Oh gosh, Seokie! What have you gotten yourself into! This is THE Mr. Jeon we are talking about!"
"I know that, Minnie! I know that! I'm so frustrated with myself." He sighed, rubbing his temples. I grabbed his hand and pulled him on my lap, holding him close to me.
Hoseok has always had anxiety since he was little. His parents were really hard on him his whole life. They treated his sister like royalty, but they never wanted a boy in the first place so they treated him as unimportant. I always ended up having to soothe him after his parents said something or did something to him.
"You're okay. I promise everything will be okay." He nodded, leaning into my touch as he evens out his breathing while listening to my heartbeat.
"I'm sorry, Minnie." He whispered, but I shook my head.
"No, Seokie. It's alright." I stroked his hair and hummed quietly. I let him fall back asleep on me, holding him close. I made sure to text Joon to let him know I would be here for a bit longer because Hoseok needs me. He, of course said it was fine. I ended up staying until an hour before I had to work, then quickly went home to get ready for the long evening ahead of me.|Word Count: 1,204|
