나도 나의 끝을 본적 없지만그게 있다면 너지 않을까
" I haven't seen the ending to myself either.
But if there's such a thing, wouldn't it be you? "●-●
It has been two days since the incident. Yoongi and Jimin were still not talking. Whenever Yoongi would wake up early in the morning, Jimin would have gone to classes already. But today is the day that everything changes. This morning, Yoongi woke up earlier than usual. After all his daily routine that morning, he went to the dorm room's small kitchen.
When Jimin woke up, he was greeted by a delicious aroma. He wondered who would cook in this hour. Usually, students would just head down to the cafeteria to eat there. As Jimin trudged towards the kitchen, he forgot that he actually had a roommate. When he reached the aforementioned destination, his eyes widened at the sight.
There he saw Yoongi preparing the table wearing an apron with Kumamon prints. At the table was a fancy looking carbonara with a freshly baked bread on its side. Jimin gaped in shocked.
Yoongi, noticing Jimin's presence, stopped what he was doing and decided to face Jimin. Min Yoongi, you can do this. He thought.
"Uh, hey J-jimin. Good morning. I cooked breakfast for us. If you would like to." Yoongi mumbled the last part, feeling awkward, but Jimin still heard it.
"Yeah. Sure." Jimin sat down the table and Yoongi sat on the opposite. When they began eating, Jimin was in awe of the carbonara. He wondered if Yoongi made these by himself.
"Hey Yoongi, why are you doing this?" Jimin straightforwardly said.
"I just want to apologize for the other day. Its just that, you were in the sensitive zone and I crossed the line. I even made a sarcastic remark of your emotions. So I decided to apologize." Yoongi stopped eating and looked on his plate.
Jimin laughed. "It's okay, Yoongi. I'm sorry I shouted at you, too. But seriously, carbonara? I really appriciate your efforts but we're having breakfast, Yoongi. Not dinner." Jimin cackled, tears pricking his eyes as Yoongi' face turned red.
"But I can't think of anything else." Yoongi muttered causing Jimin to laugh out more.
"It's really fine, Yoongi. It tasted great anyways." Jimin was already done laughing now.
Yoongi looked at Jimin. "Can you forgive me now?" Yoongi sincerely hoped.
Jimin thought for awhile then smirked. "In one condition."
"And that is?" Yoongi urged Jimin to continue.
"Are you good at cooking?" Yoongi nodded.
"Then teach me." Yoongi blinked once. Then twice.
"Is that it?" Jimin nodded, smiling sheepishly.
"Okay." Yoongi said nonchalantly.
"Are you sure?" Yoongi shrugged. "Just tell me the dish you want me to teach and I'll teach you how to cook it."
Jimin sighed in relief and smiled. "Then you're forgiven."
"Great. Hey, can you introduce me to your friends? I dom't want to be a loner."
"You said you don't need them."
"I change my mind."
"What changed your mind?"
"Seeing the population of your school."
"What's wrong with being alone in a crowd?"
"Aish, kid. You ask too many questions."
"Yah, Yoongi! I'm not a kid."
"Sure you are, shortie. And its Yoongi hyung to to you. I'm pretty sure I'm older."
"Min Yoongi!"
And for once, Jimin did not think of Taehyung and Jungkook.
