Neil was about to sit in his car, but a voice made him stand still on his place for a second and made him smile without turning back....

Voice: aajkal ips saahap bade busy hogaye lagta hain.
( I think these days ips officer has become too busy)

Neil's smile widened turning back with huge force and ran to hug him. Probably he is the only one who always elighted his mood, in these two years apart from his family, ofcourse.

As soon as they broke the hug

Neil: ab tere jitna bhi nahi Ali
( not as much as you Ali)

Yes that was ali

Ali: haan!! Woh tho hain, Aakhir main Thera restaurant ka owner aur Tu ek mamuli sarkari karamchaari
(yeah!! That's true, after all I am the owner of a restaurant and you are a common goverment servant)

He said with swag... And Neil just smacked his shoulder playfully

Ali: So!! You here?

Neil: haan!! Lambi kahaani hain... Baadmein bataunga, Abhi tu ghar chal tujhse bohoth baatein karni hain, bebe bhi wait kar rahi hain tera.
(yeah!! It's a long story. Will catch up on that some other time, now let'sgo home should catch up with you and bebe is also waiting for you)

Ali gave a smile and noded, they both sat in the car and drove off to Neil's house.

Scene splits to avni's house;

Avni was sitting near window looking towards stars and having her cup of coffee.

The bg tune was playing behind, which was the gramophone which she has in her room. The song was “Aaj Jane ki zidd naa karo”

She was reminiscing all her moments with Neil and her eyes speaking the unspoken words with every lyric of the song.

They were expressing pain
They were expressing anger
They were expressing love
They were expressing void
They were expressing loneliness
They were completely abandoned by all the emotions at once which can't reciprocate to the out side world.
It seemed like those stars have become her only source of communication with her heart, she stopped fighting with the world and dropped all the expectations from life.
Avni: meri saari zindagi ki ladai ek taraf, Aur tumhe dard dena ek taraf Neil. Yeh mere liye maut se bhi battar hain. Tumse door jaa nahi sakti, tumhare paas lautkar aa nahi sakti, ho sake tho apni avni ko maaf kardena, please....

She said all this by gulping her hiccups araising out of her silent sobs.

She rested her head on the wall and and closed her eyes tightly letting all her tears flow at ones....

The scene splits to Neil's house, where Ali was standing with a cup of coffee in his hand in front of avni's portrait in Neil's study room. He was so lost in the thoughts that he didn't realised that bebe has come to talk to him.

Bebe: Ali.. Ali!!

She said loudly coming near to him and finally tapped on his shoulder, which brought him to the existence

Ali: ji bebe!!

Bebe: kya hua? Itna khoya hua kyun hain?

( what happened? Why you so lost?)
