I don't know how I came into this world, the only thing I know or remember from my life before I came here is that I remember a blanket and my mom's warmth.

Other than that I was clueless I didn't know how to eat properly and even if I did I was very picky with my food.

People didn't like that so was I was treated very badly in the beginning of my journey through life, eventually dad found me after I was thrown out on the streets because I wasn't good enough for my most recent family and their ridiculously high standards. I was to weak to fight them when they kicked me and to tired to even make a sound that could be my cry for help.

I was very afraid of dad in the beginning to, it was not his fault but when you're used to violence it's hard to get used to or even recognize an act of kindness.

I remember that he carried me again his chest that was so warm and welcoming compared with the cold hard pavement that I was laying against.

After that I don't remember more of my rescue because I either passed out from exhaustion or fell asleep. Dad said that he'll tell me when I'm older but I seriously doubt that.

When I woke up later I was in a huge fluffy bed that swamped my tiny body and when I turned around i noticed that I was not alone in the bed. Beside me was a sleeping person but it was certainly NOT my dad, this person had ridiculously broad shoulders of what I could see by the shilouette made by the duvet.

Naturally when my sluggish brain decided to function properly again I yelped in surprise and fell of the bed in the most ungraceful way known on planet earth.

Fuck. Me.
Shoulder man woke up, I don't know what the hell I'm supposed to do now, I can
a) roll under the bed
Or
b) confront/attack this mysterious person currently staring down at me.
"Hey-"

I chose option c) running away as fast as my short legs will let me.
