*****Jayden walks me back to my room; which is good because I doubt I'd be able to find it without him. I don't want to leave his side but I'm having a hard enough time as it is keeping my eyes open. Exhaustion seems to sweep through my body, causing me to sway on my feet.
"See you in the morning?" Jayden smiles at me, letting go of my wrist as we reach my door. I watch him for a moment before taking a step toward him; wrapping my hand around the back of his neck. He doesn't take his eyes off of me as he places both his hands on my waist. The dim lighting in the hallway seems to illuminate his features, especially his eyes, very well; drawing me in.
I push my hand up into his hair and let my fingers play with the soft edges before planting a soft kiss on his lips. I pull back after a moment, never breaking eye contact as I step away and let my hand fall from his head.
"See you in the morning." I wink at him before stepping into my room and shutting the door behind me.

I wake up slowly due to the sunlight that floods through the window in my room. According to my watch its nearly 9:00 in the morning, and, if that's right, I'm going to be late for breakfast.
I slide out of my bed in a rush, feeling the cold floor beneath my feet as I run down the hall to the Cafeteria. I can hear people talking on the other side of the large, lunchroom doors. It's too early for this. Nevertheless I push open the door and walk inside. My nose is immediately filled with the rich scent of freshly baked muffins and scrambled eggs.
A smile spreads over my face and I don't even attempt to hide how excited I am. Hair falls in my face as I look up at the tables of people in front of me. It doesn't take long for me to spot Nava in the crowd and, much to my surprise, she grins and waves me over.
Most of the table she sits at is full, leaving just one space at the end of the bench. I start walking around to take a seat, but right be for I can sit down Jayden slides on in my place.
"Angel, you look stunning today." He smirks, giving me a slow once over. My cheeks turn red and I look down at my tray to avoid his eyes.
"Whatever." I mumble, taking a seat next to him and forcing him to scoot down. I hear him chuckle beside me as he wraps a hand over the back of my neck and pulls me in to plant a kiss on the top of my head.
"How did you sleep?" Jayden asks, moving his arm down from my neck to my shoulders.
"I'm still a little tired but, pretty good." I yawn and he pulls me closer to him; making me giggle.
"Wow who snuck you the happy pills?" Nava rolls her eyes and I blush; taking a bite of my muffin.
"Probably the same person that took them away from you." I smirk, hearing a couple people laugh around me, including Jayden. It feels nice - having a lighthearted conversation like this. I have missed it.
Nava says something to Ronan from across the table and they laugh, getting caught up in their own conversations.
I finish off my muffin and reach for my fork to take a bite of eggs; but Jayden beats me to it."That's my food!" I whine, nudging him with my shoulder and he laughs lightly; with a mouth full of my eggs.
"Angel, I'm a growing boy. I need my nourishment." He smirks, taking another bite though I slap his hand.
