Noah P.O.V

After the disaster of Jace nearly dying and Clary not getting her memories back. We ended up going back to the institute the whole time I could feel Magnus's eyes on me. I just couldn't get him out of my head
as was talking to some of the other Shadowhunters there.when all of a sudden I hear and see Alec, Jace, and Clary having a small argument but I felt like it wasn't my place so I stayed out of it. I was looking at the weapons when I all of a sudden hear "is your mom always liked that she didn't hug you" "Shadowhunters aren't big huggers"the two familiar voices said and I started to walk towards them"Maryse..! Hey, it's great to see you how's everyone in Idris?" I heard Jace say from the training room " where's uh... Max " Jace said again then Isabella said "No max just Mom with a hair on fire" That's when I realized who it was "mom?" I Said as I walked into the training room with her turning around" Noah?" She said with a confused face yet she was still smiling at me. I walked towards her and hugged her as she hugged me back "it's been too long Noah*she said to me as we hugged"I know " I said back " I love how Shadowhunters share a hidden brother and a secret country and a private portal"I heard clay say as I pulled away from mom "mother welcome back we can expect you" all of a sudden Alec was there too  and mom when us to him a hugged him as well"you should always be prepared to whether you expect me or not" she said to him and he responded with " I am . We are " "well talk about the institute later right now we have bigger problems the seelies have stopped communicating with the clave and won't explain why my guess is they're still upset we ask them to send scouts to look for Valentine but no one in the realm with talk" she said as she walked around us she could be really intense at times well not even at times she's always like that " I have seelies friends" Isabel said them mom said " yes I know about your friends " she then got closer to her " Isabel we stay separate from the downworlders for good reasons the wrong move the wrong word do you think there is such a thing as a harmless rebellion who knows what offends these creatures maybe you told him.....them something they shouldn't know maybe you Tron on one of you their ridicu-" before mom could finish basically going off on Isabel I said"Isabel knows what she's doing" and mom gave me a look that was pure death she was going to kill me but Izzy smiled at me and I put on my best smirk. Then mom says to go off on everyone things about natural order and stuff I really wasn't listening cause I have a really good downworlder friend and I hate it when mom starts to talk about about all of them.

AFTER ALL THE ARGUMENTS AND STUFF
The mother orders me to stay behind in the institute so I basically got to be with Clary all day. As I was watching Alec and Clary training when all of a sudden I got a phone call from a number I didn't recognize but knew that it was someone from New York."Hello, whos this "I said into the Phone with a confused voice " Noah? Hello, its Magnus" I heard come from the phone. I was a little shocked that he had my number." we meet the other day remember with the whole demon and what not" He said and i smiled"yea I remember what's up" I said he spoke"I was just thinking it was really nice to get to know you-you seem extraordinary" I felt myself smile even more but I hid it "Would you like to go out for a drink sometime" Magnus said "Ummm sure it sounds fun, When?" I said back to him"How about right now" he said as I turned around and saw that my brother was panicking "Ummm actually its not a good time right now maybe next time "I said as I saw Alec walk/run out or view" bye" I said as I hung up and went to catch up to my brother

Magnus P.O.V

"Ummm actually it's not a good time right now maybe next time, " Noah said to me "bye" then he hung up on me before I could get any more words out."playing hard to get I love a challenge," I said as I put my phone back in my pocket. At that very moment, I got a knock on my door"now who can that be "I said to myself I wasn't expecting any clients anytime soon. I almost immediately went to answer the door. I looked and opened the small peek hole( I just can't think of the name of it right now) and I saw that it was a young man. I then closed it and opened the full door "what do you want vampire" I said as I instantly knew he was "Ummm hey Magnus" he said and I looked closer at him"Shawn is that you "I said and he nodded and I smiled and let him in." care for a drink " i said as I made a Margarita appeared in my hand."Margarita? or bloody Mary" I said jokingly and he smiled and laughed."now what do you need, old friend," I said as took a seat on the couch and I was now in my usual clothes" I came for a favor, old friend" he said to me and now I was even more intrigued.
