Throughout the years, I had become one of Katy's best friends. I wasn't up there with Shannon or Mia, but I was still one of her good friends. I met her for the first time in 2011, and in three years I had her phone number. It's pretty amazing what happens in your life, it can be totally unexpected, or expected. You have to love everyday to the fullest, and be very optimistic. You have to stay, because today could be the day your idol tweets you, and next year could be when your best friends with your idol. You have to put one foot in front of the other, and decide to stay. If Katy can go on stage a day after being divorced via text message, you can get out of bed. So if Katy can put one foot in front of the other, you can too.
