The room was dead silent. The three girls hung their heads low, each of them awaiting for the same judgment that was yet to come. Natsuki, who sat on the desk, was tapping her fingers on the desk impatiently. Sayori was walking around the teacher's desk, hold a specific piece of paper and kept constantly looking at it and then the floor. Yuri who sat at a desk, started to dart her eyes everywhere. Everyone was clearly running out of patience.

"What's taking her so long?" Natsuki hissed at Yuri.

Yuri sighed and looked up at her small friend. " I don't know Natsuki, just wait. She'll be here soon" Yuri looked back at the dusty desk in front of her.

"You said that, like five times already!" Natsuki still said in a whisper "What if this was all just a prank?"

"We'll just have to wait and see" Sayori looked up from her paper, and at the ceiling.

At that moment, the door slowly creaked open and all the Dokis turned their heads to the door. Fear was felt in the air making the atmosphere feel heavy. No one knew what would happen and no one dared to move an inch. Slowly, a figure started to walk through the door. She too was her head lowered as she walked in the classroom, but she brushed her coral brown bangs away from her hair and gave a small, sincere smile. A small glint of guilt and sadness sparked in her emerald green eyes, which was only noticeable if you looked closely. It was

"Monika..." The Dokis all said in unison. They all stared at her old friend in awe. To think that they'd actually come back, resetting everything most likely one last time, just to see them, to send a message. Just one last time.

"Monika," Sayori finally spoke up. "Welcome back"

Yuri and Natsuki was blown away from this statement. 'Welcome Back?'. Did this mean Monika would stay? After all that happened Monika was going to stay?

"Wait. What do you mean by 'Welcome Back?'. Is Monika gonna stay?" Natsuki jumped from the desk onto her two feet.

"Stay calm Natsuki. Let Monika talk, maybe she has a reason." Yuri stood up from her chair and made her way up to Monika.

"Thanks...Yuri." Monika let out a sigh of relief while Natsuki crossed her arms letting out a 'Hmph'. She closed her eyes and looked the other way, until she opened them again and looked at Monika.

"Fine then, I'm listening'"

Monika took a deep breath and closed her eyes. "Okay, here we go...."

Every Doki in the room was their eyes all on their former Club President, waiting for her to continue. Fear quickly washed away, being replaced by anxiety. The suspense was rising.

"I know I've done many horrible things in the past, I made Sayori and Yuri go through something that they'd be so unwilling to do. I deleted you Natsuki. Even when you was nothing to do with any of this and it's all because I was selfish." Monika lowered her gaze towards the ground. " My Selfishness and Jealousy got the best of me, and because of that, nothing ever went right. The Literature Club was no longer a safe place and no one was happy. So I decided to make it up to you, all of you."

"I decided, since I have 'control' of this 'Game', I decided to start everything over once again and give you guys your memories of everything that has happened, even if I did delete them" Monika was pacing as she said her apology speech that she was practiced. "As of today I am no longer the Club President. Sayori, you are the president now and Yuri, you're Vice-President." She walked over to a normal desk in the room and patted the seat. "I'll just be a no-roler like Natsuki and sit here while you two are in charge."

"Hey!"

"And one more thing," Monika looked up with a normal face. Then she gave a small, and sighed. "The 'Game' thing, how I can play with the codes? I won't use them unless it's completely necessary. That means you too Sayori." Monika looked back down at the floor and kicked her legs only a bit.

The room filled with complete silence, brought down a very awkward atmosphere with it. No one wanted to speak up even though they did have a few things to say. Sayori folded the letter and carefully put it in her pocket, then she slowly walked up to Monika putting a hand on her shoulder.

"Hey," she spoke softly and looked face to face with Monika. "It'll be okay alright? Don't worry. Everything will be back to normal slowly. B-but surely!! Don't worry!." Sayori took a quick breath and gave her a reassuring smile. "I'm glad you're back"

"Thanks."

"Sayori is right. If you take your time and rely on us for anything that would trouble you, then you will feel much better, more welcomed, because we enjoy it when you're here. It's because Monika, you belong here." Yuri tried to make an attempted at making Monika feel better, but she felt like it was too cheesy, and started to look downwards and fiddle with the tips of her long purple hair.

"Wait! Don't feel bad Yuri! Thank you, all of you. For everything. I'm just surprised you guys are still able to forgive me for everything I did. Thank you again" Monika smiled lightly.

"Alright alright," Natsuki jumped off the desk. "Don't sweat it. Just...be normal 'kay? Everything'll be alright"

"We've been repeating the same things" Yuri pointed up.

"Shut up! As long as it works!" Natsuki shot a glare at Yuri. Sayori on the other hand started to laugh. The three of them looked at Sayori, wondering why she was laughing. "Eh? What's so funny?!"

"It's just," Sayori put a hand on her mouth, trying to contain her laughter. "The both of you-" Sayori just burst into laughter.

"It's great to see all of you in high spirits, makes me happy as well" Monika's smile grew even bigger and everyone took a sigh, cooling themselves down. After a quick second of everyone's sighing in the complete silence, the door flew open banging the wall behind it and making a hole. Soon after someone ran, tripped and fell face flat leaving everyone silent.

"Ow!" the person got up and rubbed the top of his head "Sorry I'm late everyone, uh, what's going on?"

And Sayori bursted into laughter once again leaving MC completely clueless.
