Peter had been "officaly" missing for 17 hours but technicaly he wasnt missing tony knew who he was with and that he was safe he just didnt know where. Pepper had and important buisness trip in every country trying to expand the company even further and she couldnt cancel so she wouldnt be back for about 9 and a half months, tony and peter had know this for about a year but what made it so much harder on tony is his son wasnt here with him.

After trying to call every avenger he thought peter might be with (not including cap for obvious reasons) he called rhodey and happy his two honerary brothers to help him look after rhodey scouting all of malibu with no luck he forced Tony to call cap while happy checked every security camera in malibu and new york for good mesures.

As soon as Cap answers tony is greated with yelling about how could he do that to his only son blah blah blah the usall patriotict stuff Tony lets out a huge sigh of relief as he can hear peter giggling in the backround "Steve" tony says choking back tears "is peter there safe?" steve sighs "Yes tony hes fine" "where are you and who else is there" tony says quickly calling his suit over "Clints farm Nat is here , Clint, Thor, Me and Bucky oh and loki" Tony holds back screams of anger at the metion of the last two

"Cap you mean to tell me my sweet inocent one year old son is on a farm with a god of thunder and archer an ex assassin, Captain America, The winter soilder who killed my parents and the god of mischief who faked his own death TWICE unleashed his army on New York killing millions and injuring more, worked for THANOS THANOS STEVE and stabbed his own brother?" "Yep Thor says hes a good guy now" steve says far to trustingly "im on my way" tony says hanging up the phone.

As soon as tony arrivies on the farm he sees thor, bucky, natasha and loki playing with peter while steve and clint make hot dogs peter shrieks with delight as loki turns from a snake into a spider into a bird and back into himself all while peter claps sitting and Nats lap.

As soon as Thor spots Tony he charges over screaming "STARK!!!!" grabbing him by the throat and slamming him against a tree. Natasha picks a now wailing peter up and runs over followed by bucky and loki "HOW DARE YOU" as Thor is ranting no one seems to notice peter has escaped natashas grip and is picking up mjolnir until they all hear his frustrated grunts turning to check he isn't  hurt Thor not letting Tony go they all scream at peter to stop before he hurts himslef exept for loki who just shushes them.

Peter picks up the hammer making every ones jaws drop (appart from loki of course) "my dada" peter says and throws the hammer at thor sending him flying. Everyone is still star struck loki begins laughing and Tony runs to his hysterical son picking him up and cuddling him close he talks to him in Italian "è ok mio figlio sono qui e ti amo."

After peter calmed down and thor returned they all had lunch and discussed how tony was going to cope now that pepper was gone and they all decided the best thing for everyone espically peter was for the rest of the avengers to move back into to stark towers again. And peter did enjoy that quite a bit especially being worthy enough to hold Thors hammer but of course he was who would think any different. They all packed there things and got ready to go peter slept for most of the journey back to the tower.
