Chapter 1
"Bruno! Could you hurry up a little? I can't wait to camp at Sherwood Forest. It would be extremely fun!" Christine exclaimed in excitement. "I'm coming!" Bruno shouted back, running towards the door where his siblings, Christine, Jason and Megan stood impatiently.
Soon, the 4 of them set out for Sherwood Forest. As they approached Sherwood Forest, the sky was already getting dark and the sun was nowhere to be seen. Realising that it was getting very dark, the 4 of them picked up speed and found a place in Sherwood Forest to settle down.
The children hurriedly set up their tent and prepared to go to sleep. As they were lying in their tent, preparing to go into dreamland, Bruno heard a sound. The sound was coming from a bush near them. Bruno woke his siblings and they were aroused from their slumber.
"I...I think there is somebody out....outside our....our te...tent." Bruno stammered. They then crawled out of the tent but did not hear or see anything. "Are you sure u heard or saw something?" Justin asked, thinking that Bruno was playing a trick on them. "Yes! I'm sure! The sound was coming from that bush!" Bruno replied as he pointed to the bush in front of them.
"There is no-" Christine said halfway as she suddenly saw several eyes looking at them from a cave. She let out a ear-piercing scream. She pointed towards the cave and told Justin and Bruno to check it out. They were walking slowly towards the cave when they heard footsteps in the cave. They quickly signaled for Christine and Megan to go over as they suspected there was somebody inside the cave.
They slowly entered the cave, one at a time. All of a sudden, 4 creatures walked towards them. At this point, the 4 children screamed hystrically and immediately asked, " What are you?!" The 4 creatures said nothing but stared at them with their huge eyes. Just then, 1 of the creatures steped forward and said, " Pleased to meet you, humans. My name is Plasma. We came from a world known as Lorea. Our once beautiful world is now destroyed by the evil Malefor and he even plans to make all of Lorea's creatures as his slaves. We have no choice but to come here in seek of the chosen humans that will merge with us and destroy Malefor and save Lorea."
Hearing this, the 4 children stared in amazement and started to questioned them. They wanted to know if they were the chosen ones that the creatures were talking about and what they meant bu merging with them.
