Chapter 7

Gayest turtles PoV:

Goddammit Hercules, I was really looking forward to that juice.
We chased him all the way to Starbucks.
When we got their we sat down in our usual spot. The corner. We can make as much noise as we can and Nobody cares.
Dam that girl is scary when we make to much noise
I mean she wasn't all bad, her boyfriend sometimes came over and joined in with us. Eventually her and a couple of her other friends would join in. There was one that reminded me of Herc. But tiny... The boy was a tiny Latino that had features that reminded me of an elf. Like how da frig does a person have elf ears? Somebody explain. He's known to spontaneously combust whenever he got to exited. Which was every time we saw him. He's cute sure, but I'm 99.99% sure that the smol emo kid was his boyfriend. I saw them kiss once. So cute. I wanna adopt them...
(I'm sorry Solangelo, I wanted to make leico jUsT coz its my book so yeahhh) Anyway, today they weren't here, well the emo kid was here but he made no attempt to be social. Though I did notice a gay flag pin and iron-on on his aviators jacket. I may or may not of squealed on the inside (That's right HERCULES MULLIGAN). I loved seeing new members to the uncloseted gay club, not that I should be saying anything. I'm technically still in the closeted gay club, but I'm pretty sure Laf and Herc have figured out that I'm gay but YA KNOW. I waved at smol bean emo and he awkwardly waved back. A waitress came over to take our orders. Before she asked for our orders, she tried to flirt with Herc.
"Sir," she said to Herc 'seductively' " could I have an introduction?".
"I AM HERCULES MULLIGAN I NEED NO INTRODUCTION WHEN YOU KNOCK ME DOWN I GET THE FUCK BACK UP AGAIN!!" Herc yelled. The emo kid smirked at his reply. The waitress looked a bit s h o o k for a minute, before she actually asked for our orders.

"So what would you like then?" She asked. Still a bit shook. Before any of us could answer, or even think properly Alex said "Seven black coffees please". We all looked at him, there weren't seven of us. And none of us actually liked black coffee. Alex then asked, looking at us, "What would you guys like?" We were all a bit s h o o k e t h. We stared at him for a while before placing our orders. I had a caramel coffee, Laf and Herc both had a white chocolate mocha (yes I had to search it up). When the waitress had left Laf asked what was all on our minds, "Mon ami, you will putain die if you drink that much caffeine" (if you put it in translate it says "whore" but if you put "fucking" into it then it says putain) "heh" Alex said awkwardly "I don't respond to caffeine like that". We were all still confused but we nodded like we understood.
When the coffees eventually got here, and we had all waited for them to cool. The smol emo boi came over and asked Alex, "Could I have-" he waved vaguely at the seven black coffees in front of Alex. "Ummm" Alex replied, then, noticing his gay flags on the aviators jacked said "Oh you're-" He waved vaguely at the gay flags. The emo raised his eyebrows in a way no 15 year old should do to a collage student, and replied to Alex's reply, "Yes I'm-" he waved to his mini gay flags. My breath hitched, was Alex homophobic, was he going to be mean to smol emo? I was so relieved when he replied to the reply of his reply "That's so fucking cool! And brave! being open like that in public!" Alex seemed so genuinely exited and happy I smiled and blushed.
Where did I get this overwhelming crush? Its sharp as a knife and twice the rush

"Nico" emo said "You are?". Welp that's awkward, all this time I never actually knew his name. I looked at Alex waiting for his reply. "Alexander Hamilton," Alex smiled, "my name is Alexander Hamilton. But you can call me Alex.". Alex then pulled across another chair for Nico and pushed one of his coffees for him. Nico sat down gleefully and sipped his coffee. We sat in Starbucks for more than an hour laughing and making jokes. I'm 75% sure I saw him smile. I was hella shook.
Just as we were beginning to leave, Nico tugged at Alex's sleeve. Nico shifted awkwardly before awkwardly saying, "Could I umm, kinda, sorta, uhh maybe stay with, err you for a while?" Alex looks genuinely confused before saying slowly and carefully, "So, you mean to say, you would like to stay with, me and John for a while?" Nico did some more of his shifting before saying simply, "yea I guess". I internally fangirled before I could contain it no longer contain my excitement so I squealed loudly and picked Nico up and hugged him. Alex laughed at my outburst and Nico's shocked expression at my show of emotion.
"Oh my gods oh my gods oh my gods. YES!" I yelled "YES now I can finally adopt you as my child!" Nico looked at me. He looked happy and relived at the fact that he could stay with us.
Then he paused "Wait... I'm not your child." he said, confused.
"Well you are now!" I was still too exited for a normal human being "You and your elf boyfriend have been my children for a long time"
Nico looked at me again, "'Elf boyfriend'?" again confused at my words, "You mean Leo, and we are not your children, I am not going through those adoption papers or whatever".
Once more I had an idea, I turned to Alex and asked, "Could we have Leo too???" I heard an unfamiliar noise, similar to a chuckle, behind me. Taken aback I turned round. It was Nico. Both Alex and I gasped in shock and said in unison, "You can laugh??". He scowled at us, "Of course I can laugh... I think" Both Alex and I chuckled this time before Alex asked, "Why are you making noises that are similar to those of a person expressing joy??" Nico frowned again.
"Well that's a bit rude," he deadpanned before answering Alex's question, "I am laughing because Leo has a-" Nico suddenly stopped. He froze and his eyes widened. He looked both terrified and upset at the same time. "Holy shit..." he murmured.
"What's wrong?" Alex and I asked.
"Leo" He just said before sprinting down the street.

Yeetity yeet I've actually updated and I'm pretty proud of this one. I've added characters from another fandom and put some drama in here. This isn't a filler there is some key stuff in here important later. LEICO!! Bye yall! (A/n I was editing this as I didn't publish it, and I'm cringing. To explain, while writing this I hadn't been to Starbucks or known how it worked so yeah DoN't JuDjE mE)
