My Ex, My Manager.

" The coincidence. " { Chapter 1 }

I was on a date with my boyfriend , Haruko. We were sitting on a bench and I told him I was gonna buy ice cream for the two of us, I stood up and started walking to the ice cream truck.

I came back with two ice creams on my hand " Haruko?" I said looking for him. The two ice creams dropped from my hand as I saw him with another woman , The woman had light pink eyes and teal hair, Tears started rolling down my face. Everyone was looking at us , I ran away crying, and that was the last time I ever saw him again.

[Three years later]

I was sweeping the floor, helping my mom clean the house when I suddenly heard loud coughing, I knew that my mom was ill even though she tried to hide it, I dropped the broom and ran inside the house, I saw my mom laying on the floor still coughing " Mom?!" I yelled, I realized she wasn't joking and since I was still saving up for a phone, I ran outside and yelled " Someone call the ambulance!" It was late at night but luckily someone was still awake and she called the ambulance.

The next day , I visited my mother at the hospital and I was so happy she was still alive.
She asked me how I would pay for the medications , I just told her I was going to find a job, After a long conversation I left and said goodbye to her.

Later that day, I was with my best friend Jasmine, since we were close friends since elementary I decided to ask her

" Jasmine, do you know any jobs I could possibly apply to?" I asked.

" You can work with me if you want, They pay me a lot! And the manager is so handsome and nice.." She continued to compliment the manager and tell me stories about how nice he was to her for a few minutes.

" Is that so? Then may I meet this manager of yours?" I said.

"Are you saying you'll work with me?" She asked.

I nodded.

" Great! I'll pick you up tomorrow! " She said .

Our bus arrived and we walked in.

After a long ride , I finally got to my street. I walked home and took a little bit of money from my earnings. I went to a computer shop to make my resumé and other paperwork.

After 2 hours of making paperwork I was finally finished! I went back home and crashed onto my bed, I eventually fell asleep.

The next day, I got ready and decided to tie my red hair into a bun, I wore contacts to show off my purple eyes. I decided to wear something formal, I wore my old uniform from an office I use to work at , The company basically shut down because of reasons I don't know. I wore high heels and waited for Jasmine to arrive.

As soon as Jasmine arrived , She didn't have a car so she led me to where she works.

" Good luck, Rose!" She said as I was making my way to the manager's office.

I walked in and I fixed my paperwork. I looked up and saw the manager's face , His face was very familiar but I didn't care , He seemed to be busy.

" Sir?" I said

"You must be the new applicant!" He immediately looked up and looked at me.

"Anyways, my name is Haruto Izuko."

" That's my ex's name!" I though and then suddenly froze.
