the first time

(Y/N)'s pov

I walked towards the STRQ dorm,i wonder if Qrow managed to convince his sister,from what i heard she's stubborn,i knocked on the door,the door opened to reveal summer

"oh,hey (Y/N)!" She said cheerfully,classic summer

"Hey Summ,is Raven here?" i asked tilting my head to the side

She nodded and stepped to the side,i walked in and saw Raven laying on her bed,She looked at me and stood up,Red Eyes,long black hair,but i have a feeling She doesn't like me

"Hey,i suppose Qr-" before i could finish,She interupted me

"i don't need your help to train" She said harshly

I stared at her for a bit,"not from what i heard" i said,She growled at me

"Raven,just give it a shot" summer said

"no,i don't need help,i don't want help" Raven said crossing her arms,i sighed,then an idea came to mind

"let's make a deal,if you beat me in a sparing match,i will leave you alone,but if i beat you,you will train with me and study with me and you won't complain,got it?" i asked looking at her,She thought it over and nodded

"good,let's go" i said walking out the the courtyard,She followed me close by,i stopped on one side and She stopped on the other

"guys,come on" Summer said worried

"Relax summer,i'll be fine" i said smirking,Raven growled and unsheathed her sword,She charged at me,i grabbed the hilt of my katana as She swinged down at me,i quickly unsheathed my katana and swinged at her,hitting her blade as her arm went up,before She could fall on the ground,i hit her stomach with the hilt of my katana,sending her flying a few meters away

She Landed on her feet and looked at me with gritting teeth,i only smirked,"now i know why your brother said you needed help"

She charged at me,i quickly blocked her swing and pushed my blade against hers

"you will never beat me on the level you are now" i said,She growled and tried to kick my feet,i merely stepped to the side and kicked the back of her head,making her fall on the ground,She tried to get up but i stepped on the wrist of the hand which held the sword,i put my blade on her neck

"i didn't even sweat,i win" i said looking down at her,She groaned and sighed,He sheathed my katana and moved away from her,"same time tomorrow,we'll work on your anger" i said as i walked away from her,i could feel her glare burning my back
