I walked into my first class, Honors English and sat at the front, burying my head in a book. People filed in slowly and I turned my book, pretending to read as I watched each person come in.

They were all unfamiliar faces until I saw Zoe. She waved at me with her free hand, her other one occupied with a purse. I waved back and watched as she turned around only to find that the person I guess she had been walking with was no longer behind her.

She put her stuff on the desk farthest back, turned around and dragged in the boy I saw yesterday.

His chin had a huge bruise on it, and I wondered why he wore long pants and a sweat shirt on such a hot day.

The two of them got to their seats and sat down, as the boy rubbed his chin, wincing at the pain.

The professor, Professor Lester, who insisted we call him Phill, started talking. He rambled on and on about some boring shit i in no means payed attention to.

Finally he said, "ok class, get out a sheet of paper and write a poem or song. You will be paired up by the equality of your skills, and your grade will be posted on the board tomorrow. The partner you get will be the same for the rest of the semester, after semester one you can switch as you like but for now you will do all projects with your partner. Begin."

I pulled out a sheet of collage ruled paper and started writing. And I just began to write.

••••.

"Times up." Mr. Lester called and passed back a bin for us to put our papers in.

I put my pen down and shook my hand, dead from writing so hard.

Slipping my paper in the bin, I gathered my things and left the class room with the rest of the class, immediately heading to my rooms.

After a quick game of Mario Cart I got ready for the only other class today, which was drama. I really liked drama, and I'm quite glad that none of the fellows on the soccer team are in there, because then I would have to pretend that it meant nothing to me.

But it didn't. Being able to transform into anyone you want, truly amazes me. To be in love, or in pain, or happy without being actually in love, sad, or happy was just terrifyingly breathtaking.

I walked in, and sat close to the back. I was pretty early so only a few faces were there, none of which I knew.

I pulled out my book again, An Abundance Of Kathrines, and read for a while. In grossing my self in Colin's personality.

I was startled to hear a small couch come from above me as I read. Looking up I saw it was that girl Zoe from earlier. "Is this seat taken?" She asked, pointing to the one next to me. I shook my head, and gave her a friendly smile, now aware of my surroundings.

The room was made of 6 long tables, each with 8 chairs in them. Since this was an advanced class, there wasn't a need for a lot of room.

The stage was small, but then again it wasn't the one that we would preform on. That was was gigantic and thoroughly scared me.

The teacher, who I hadn't caughts name yet, was siting at the front of the classroom, talking on the phone in a loud mannor.

People filed in and I was surprised to see Alfie walk in not long after Zoe. He looked at me, with wide eyes, and his face turned red. We both then smiled realizing that we had tried to not let anyone else on the team know we were taking this, only to find each other.
