Now imad and Khalil were both in tune with their feelings but still felt awkward about it. Just at that time, they heard a door close.
"Is that your Mum?" Khalil said in shock.
"Shh wait I'm gonna check," Imad said as he got up.
As he was going to check he was caught by his mum who had just come out of the bathroom which was on the same floor as Imad's bedroom.
"Where are you going?" Imad's mum said with suspicion in her eyes.
"YoU sEE -- I was just going to the bathroom" blurted out Imad after a mere second of thinking of an excuse.
"Since you're awake go downstairs so you don't wake Khalil"
"But he's deep asleep I can't wake him up!"
"Go!"
