Synopsis

Girl meets boy in the middle of a big square in the center of Athens.

Girl, Naomi Mara Joy Henderson, is staying in Athens, Greece for the summer with her 'uncle,' because her parents (who were missionaries) were martyred for their faith by an indigenous tribe in the amazon jungle.

Boy, Luke (or Luca) Joshua Callahan, is staying in Greece with his grandparents for the summer because his parents' plane went missing, and they were presumed dead.

They both wanted to get away from their respective lives in different parts of the US, even for a little while. If only to help process the great loss that they both are facing.

And of course, a city is never too big to keep someone from meeting the people who will change their life forever.

First Wattpad book, ooh how exciting. So I'm not too big on author notes and rules for books but I'll say this here real quick for clarity. My books are influenced by Christian beliefs and themes, and if that's not your thing then that's totally cool. No hard feelings.

This one in particular lays the Christian vibe and lingo pretty heavy, since the main character was raised by Christian missionaries.

I'd love for you to give this book a try and read about what it's really like to have a relationship with Jesus if you don't have one yourself. And if you love Jesus, awesome, hope you love this book.

I wrote this because I always wanted to read something that I could relate to but wasn't cringy and boring, and because I think that there are a lot of assumptions about what Christians are like that aren't exactly true. I hope that this book can give people a view of Christianity that they may not have seen before.

Anyway, (gosh this got long real fast) if you like what you've seen so far, get comfy and enjoy this fluffy, mostly lighthearted book with a few tear-jerking moments. Hope you enjoy!
