I found an old poem I wrote, way back in middle school. I think it was for a competition or something. I remember cringing when I turned it in (it was mandatory, ew). I still cringe every time I see it.

I've been sitting here for twenty minutes
Talking to you now
I think it's time to carry on
So I can move along
Your constant blankness
Is really bugging me
Me having to repeat myself
Isn't really helping
While you're thinking I could do so much
I could write a book
I could go to space
I could even bake a cake!
Oh I'm really getting bored
With nothing else to do
Oh I really wish you would hurry up
You silly little computer- - - - -
Gah, still super cringe. Thankfully, that stupid computer is gone. My parents finally got rid of it. I was so happy to see it go. I never miss it. Thankfully now all computers are nice and fast- if you have a good Wi-Fi connection that is.
