Everything around us is made up of energy - we are a ball of energy, just like the sun is a ball of energy.
The important thing is to be aware of yourself- are you a ball of positive energy or negative energy?
If you have seen on Netfix "The Secret", or read the book "The Power" by Rhonda Byrne, you likely understand the Law of Attraction. What you put your energy into, that is what you manifest.
It all starts with thinking. You might have heard the saying "We are What We think." Pay attention to what you think of most in the day - are you worrying about bills, having a fight in your head with your husband, mother-in-law, boss ... how much energy is going into those thoughts? Are you attracting more scenarios or situations that will continue to generate similar feelings and thoughts? Be careful it doesn't become a habit.
We have the power to shift our thoughts to a more positive place. If your thoughts are pulling you down, shift gears to ones that will lift you up. If we look hard enough we can find 10 things we are grateful for ... people who loves us, eyes that see the beautiful smiles on our children's faces, ears that hear the birds chirping... you get the picture.
The point is, focus on the positives in life with all your energy and don't give in to negative thinking. When our thoughts, feelings, words, and actions come from a place of positivity, in that moment we are One with the Universe and One with our Creator, in harmony with our Higher Self. Feelings of balance and peace will creep into your life and you will want to keep it there.
Challenges in life are our test to see if we can rise to the top with higher thinking. Look for solutions rather than find someone or something to blame for what is happening. Allowing ourselves to fall into self pity and give ourselves permission to make excuses as to why we are stuck in life, is wasting precious time. You and I have a job to do that is entirely our own - no one is like you or me. The world needs each one of us to be our best selves - and it starts with how we think.
Train yourself to wake up feeling grateful for this new day. Start off by thinking of as many things you are grateful for as you can. Give thanks to that Supreme Being that resides in you, that Divine Energy from where your thoughts, feelings, words and actions come, and feel blessed. Your day is much more likely to go positively than not. Just saying every morning before I start my day, "Lord, (Divine Energy or whatever thought would help you generate your most powerful energy force), I am thankful for this beautiful day I have ahead of me," I have found to be life changing.
Sure, people get under my skin but I use my thoughts to pull me out of my rut of self pity, anger, any of the human emotions that don't leave me feeling up. I remind myself that the other person may not have same the tools and strategies that I have. I set boundaries. I read self help books, look at videos on areas that i feel i can benefit from. Basically, I feed myself healthy doses of positivity from many sources and look for ways to improve Me. I want to be my best self. I try to put into practice what resonates with me.
Not everyone is on this path of awareness but I want to be, and I suspect you do too. I can choose to react or act from a point of awareness. It's our choice and the results are beautiful - well worth the tremendous effort to keep a balanced, positive life based on positive thinking. It works for me and maybe it can work for you.
