Chapter Two

CHAPTER TWO

"What do you say princess, wanna have some fun?" Those words kept repeating in me head all day. That was last night. Now I was sitting on the bleachers getting ready to do my suicides infront of the whole class. "Blu!" coach yells and I stand up. "Yes sir." I say walking up to him. "Chang in plans you know the school assembly that's in an hour?" he asks. "Uh yeah." "Well your going to preform there, infront of the whole school. He says and stares into my soul for a reaction but I remembered what Drew said, " coach is kind of crazy he might throw a surprise your way so if he does stay calm and just do it." I looked up at him and smiled. "Sounds great." I say and he walks away from me.

I was sitting with my friends Carol and Shannon wanting to be called on the court. Assemblys at my school are on the basketball court and ours was huge. I could see Landen and Drew sitting with a bunch of their friends and a bunch of girls were all over them. No one but me and coach know that im coming up not even the announcers. Coach walked on stage with a big smile and looked at me. "Blu he pointing at you." Shannon says as he points his finger at me. "I know." I all I say and continue watching. "Excuse me ladies and gentalmen, I would like to welcome a specile girl to the stage, Blu?" he says and everyone looks at me. The whole school knows who I am because im cheer captain and also because of landen and Drew. I stood up and walked onto the court.

"Ladies and Gentalmen Blu will be attempting to do 30 suicide drills without stopping, and if she is successful then she will be allowed to compeat in finals with her team, if not she will be removed as cheer captian." What? He didn't say that before.

"Can we get a countdown please!?" he yells and everyone starts counting down. "3! 2! 1!" the crowd shouts and I start running. The crowd was yelling out the number for each one. "7!" they yell. Yesterday I only got to 25 I couldn't make it to 30. "18!" they yell. 18 was already impressive I guess. "26!" they screamed as I got closer and closer. "29!" they roar and I look over and see Drew kissing some girl. My feet came out from under me but I still made it passed the line. "30!!!!!!!" they all screamed and they went crazy.

I looked over and saw coach. His face was in shock. He didn't think I could do it. I looked back at Drew and he was staring right at me. I shook my head a little and stood up. I was out of breath and the announcer came up to me. "Anything you want to say?" she asks me. "sure." I say and grab the mic. "I just wanted to thank all of you for your support and for guiding me threw I couldn't have done it without you." After I said this I looked at drew/ "Well almost all of you. The crowd gasped and was shocked that I said that, they thought I had a problem with someone and I did they just didn't know who. But he knows.

I walked back to my seat and sat with Shannon and Carol and they were all excited. "That was so cool!" Carol says. "Your in the finals!" Shannon squeels. "Oh!" I say mostly to myslf and run back on stage. "One more thing." I say grabbing the microphone. "I fully intended to lead my team to finals and I delivered! Now I intend to win preforming with my girls." I say and everyone cheers again.

I ran back to my seat and grabbed my things. "Ill see you guys later." I tell my friends and run out of the gym. I went to the locker room to shower and get out of my dirty gym clothes. "Blu?" someone calls while I was washing myself.

I looked threw the curtain and saw Drew. "Drew what are you doing in here?" I ask. "You looked upset and then you ran away. He says walking closer to me. "Why is It every time you want to talk im in the shower?" "This was you cant run away." He says and smiles. "Are you okay?" "Yes Drew im fine can you go now?" I say annoyed. "Ill go when you tell me whats wrong." He says. "Theres nothing wrong." I say dn close the curtain. "Lil baby huh?" he says refurring to the music playing off my iphone. "What about it?" i ask.

"Just didn't take you as the type." He says. "Well hes my favorite." I say bluntly and continue to wash up. "Me too." He says. "Drew when are you going ot leave me alone?" I ask. "Why do you want me too so badly? Do I make you nervous?" he asks. "Absolutly not." I say and I start seeing the curtain slowing open. I grabbed it away and pulled it shut. "What the hell do you think your doing?" I snap. "I think im making you nervous." He whispers in a sarcastic tone. "Look Drew I don't have feelings for you, okay, Stacy must have gotten me confused with someone else." I say turning off the water. I slid the curtainopen a little and poked my head out. He was staring at me. His perfect brown hair and emerald green eyes. "Can you hand me that?" I ask pointing to my towel. He hands it to me and his fingers brush against mine.

Our eyes didn't move from each others. I wrapped the towel around me and he pulled me to him and crashed his lips into mine. He picked me up and we went into the shower he turned it on and he continued to kiss me. I ran me hands threw his now wet hair and he moved his hands down to my bottom. My back was againct the wall and he was holding me up my towel started to get wet and he was soaked. I broke apart and he set me down. "You should go before someone comes in." he smiles and kisses me again. I break apart again and look at him with a smile. "Im serious." He pecks my lips once more and walks away.

What the hell just happened?

As soon as the bell rang to go to lunch I was out. Me and my friend anna decided to ditch and go get food somewhere else. We decided to go to a salad joint and then started talking about finals.

"Are you excited?" she asks taking a bite of her leafs. "Well im happy that I made it, but I don't even know if I want to do cheer after this year." She practically spt her food out. "What!?" "What?" "Blu your cheer captain, the whole school knows your name and you want to give it all up?" "Anna I don't care if al of the small talk and party invites and random dm's form people stop."

She shook her head in disapproval and we ate in silence.

We left the salad joint and we went back to school. Luch is an hour long and we were gone for like 40 minutes. We walked into the café and sat with the rest of our friends. "Hey guys." I say sitting down. "Blu's leaveing the team!" Anna shouts and practicaly the whole café looks at us. "Thanks anna." I say angry and look around to see everyone looking at me.

I turned my attention back to my friends who were all looking at me with horrified expressions on their faces and then it get even better because here came Landen and Drew. Drew looked me right in the eye and I did the same. They didn't move. "Blu are you leaving the team?" Landen asks. "I don't know." I say dn walk out of the rom.

It was finally time to go home! YAY!!! I don't have to go to cheer today and I get to be home all by myself because Landen is going to work. He works at a place where they fix cars. Drew was no where to be seen so I get to be alone. I decided to take the bus with my friend caite. We lisened to music and scolled on social media until it was my stop.

I know a lot of people don't like the bus but I like it. I thinks its fun to just hang out with some friends while your on your way home.

I made it to my house finally and tried to open the door. But it was locked. Shit.
