Salsa freeze in silence after she heard that name. The man who's standing right in front of her is no other than Shawn Mendes.
"Yes I am. Do you recognize me?" said the man who just made Salsa fall a few minutes ago.
Salsa can't believe that, the man who is standing in front of her right now, is Shawn Mendes. Like... Who doesn't know Shawn Mendes? A famous male singer artists from Canada. Especially Salsa, she loves all of his song and she adores him so much. Being able to meet him unexpectedly like this makes Salsa really nervous.
She feels so bad remembering that she just yelled to him a couple minutes before.
Salsa:
"I... uhm... I... I'm..."
Shawn:
"Yeah?"
Salsa:
"Uhm... I..."
Jake:
"Oh God! Why are you still here Shawn?! They're coming for sure!"
Shawn:
"Oh right! Sorry, I must take you somewhere out from here before we go to the hospital. Your leg hurt, right?"
Salsa:
"Wh... what? Why?"
Instead of answering Salsa's question, Shawn takes her hand. After taking her hand, he immediately pulls Salsa's body towards him, and carrying her in bridal style. They leave Jake alone to handle the crowd that's coming to catch Shawn. Shawn running through the main streets while carrying Salsa's with his hands.
Once again, Salsa freeze. Still wondering what is happening right now. Her face is so close yet almost touch Shawn's chest so that Salsa could hear Shawn's irregular heartbeat from running. Salsa raised her gaze, Shawn's face was only inches away. He could clearly see the sweat running down from Shawn's handsome face, and felt every breath of Shawn's.
Right after realizing the situation, Salsa asked Shawn to drop her off.
Salsa:
"Pu... put me down!"
Shawn:
"Ah, sorry but we can't, we have to get away from here as soon as possible and your feet hurt because of me, so ..."
Salsa:
"My legs are okay! I... I can walk by myself. Please put me down!"
Shawn:
"Really? Alright, but I can't drop you off here"
Shawn looked around and his gaze stopped in a coffe shop with no transparent windows. A great place to hide. Shawn immediately entered the place still carrying Salsa.
Luckily, the coffee shop was not very crowded with buyers and no one pays attention to them other than the employees at that place.
Shawn:"Haah, it seems like hiding here is the right choice" Shawn sighed in relief after running far enough
Salsa:
"So... Could you drop me off now?"
Shawn:
"Ah right! Sorry, I'm sorry!" Shawn put down Salsa
After that the situation between the two of them become awkward. Shawn felt uneasy because he had carried Salsa without ever thinking and without thinking about how Salsa felt suddenly being carried by a stranger. While Salsa, still could not believe the man in front of her was her favourite artist and she had just been carried by him.
Both of them were still standing in front of the entrance until a waiter approached them.
Waiter:
"Excuse me, Sir and Ma'am, is there anything I could help? Maybe I could recommend a table for you, the table in the corner there is the best spot in our place."
Shawn:
"Oh right! Let's sit down first" Shawn followed the waiter and invited Salsa to sit down.
Waiter:
"Please, here's the menu"
