Love is Dead

Chapter 1

"Cassie how do you have such good grades?" Cassie's friend Emily asks her. Cassie just sighs and shakes her head. Cassie is just ready for the weekend. She continues to look out the window in the cafeteria.
"I'm just ready to have fun this weekend." She responds to Emily. Emily and her have been best friends since they were 5. And Emily knew everything about her. Cassie knows everything about Emily.
"I am to." Emily says. Cassie just felt like not paying attention to anything today and it made her feel weird. She usually is alert to everything. But today felt different. She felt like something odd was about to happen. She saw Olivia Bell pass by them. Olivia is one of the weirdest girls in the school. The Bell family has a dark history such as witchcraft and
rumors of satanic rituals.
"Even her just walking by me gives me the creeps." Cassie says. They watched as her dark blue eyes watch them from across the room. Cassie shudders. Just the thought of the Bell family gave her the creeps. And then she saw the new guy walk into the room. He was pretty cute but he didn't really seem like her type. So she thought. He waved at her and Emily. The smiled and waved back at him.
"He's kinda cute, don't you think." Emily ask. Cassie just shrugged. Her thoughts were just everywhere today and she hated it. That's when she felt a headache coming on. She rubbed her temples. The day was almost over with. "Wanna go to the mall with me after school?" Cassie asked Emily. "Yeah mom has work tonight so I really don't have anything else to do." She replied. Cassie wanted to update her wardrobe. After she lost all the weight all her clothes didn't fit her anymore. They heard the bell ring for the next class. " I'm headed to history." Cassie said. "I'll see you later."  Emily replied. Cassie headed to her next class. That's when she noticed the guy from the cafeteria walking towards her. He had short blond hair, baby blue eyes, and had a nice built body. They walked past each other without a word. She smiled to herself. Who was that she thought. Cassie walks into her class and sits at her desk. Cassie watches as the time goes by so slow. Finally the bell rings. Cassie heads towards the door to leave but she feels someone stop her in the doorway. She looked up and it was the boy from the cafeteria.
